The lady that was working on shift today when I was there around 6:30pm was so strange. I walked in with my family and she was staring me down the minute I went inside. Every time I would walk down an aisle, she would come over and look at me as if I was going to steal something? I ended up not purchasing anything because she made me feel so uncomfortable.

I spoke with a pharmacist named Dave who was extremely rude, condescending, and unprofessional. I explained that I needed to have my prescription filled at that location because I work in the area and hadn’t been able to reach the pharmacy near my home. I politely asked if he could try calling the Downingtown location to obtain the prior authorization, but he refused and abruptly hung up on me.

If you’re gonna buy a drink from the back refrigerator. Just know that it will be warm Because half the time it doesn’t work It’s been like that for the past two months It’ll be warm one day and then not the next. It’s like they want you to spend more money buying ice just so you can have a cold drink. And I just want my cold drink, man.

I am extremely disappointed with the service at Pharmacy. I was told to come back in an hour for my prescription. After driving back an hour later, I was informed to return the next afternoon. When I came back the following day, I was told yet again that I needed to wait another day.
This repeated misinformation and lack of clear communication about inventory is unacceptable. As a patient, being given the runaround while already feeling unwell is incredibly frustrating. The multiple trips and long wait for medication are completely unacceptable.
I urge this pharmacy to improve their inventory management and communication with patients. No one should have to endure this kind of experience when they are already feeling sick. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this pharmacy to others.

Pharmacy customer service is awful. Can barely understand what they are saying, they sound miserable every time I call and are never friendly.

Got all my vaccinations & prescription there fir several years now and also shop there occasionally or use tge AtM. It was always a good experience, no waits, friendly staff.

I had two very bad experience with this particular location, once they were not able to fill an eye drop I need for oversea trip, and they didn't inform me ahead of time, I had to suffer with an infected eye during my whole trip. Another time the lady at the count with name tag start with T lost my prescription! I will move all my future prescription to CVS even though this chesterbrook location is much closer, I don't think the people work there care about customers.

This review is regarding the pharmacy. My girlfriend and I went in to get our tdap booster because we were going to visit her best friends newborn in a few weeks. We walk up to the pharmacy and ask to get the shots and the lady tells us that an appointment is required. Even though there was no one else waiting for services at the pharmacy. She then asks the pharmacist on duty and he says the soonest he can do it would be two days from now. So we walk out and I check the rite aid website and there were literally open appointments every 20 minutes today.. so I go ahead and make an appointment for 20 minutes and go back into the pharmacy and got my shot. Not sure why they couldn’t just provide us our shots when we first asked? Were we that much of a bother because we didn’t have an appointment? I could understand if there was a line of people waiting but we were literally the only two people there at the time. Poor customer service.

I thought I would give the Rite Aid pharmacy another try - unfortunately it’s still the same. I tried calling the pharmacy multiple times and no one would answer the phone.
