I am extremely disappointed in the pharmacy at the Chesterbrook Rite Aide. I went I. Yesterday ,on a Saturday, ano was looking to get the Covid 19 vaccine. They did not have the moderna so asked if I could come back later in the day after 3pm. I agreed. when I got home I received a phone call saying for some reason I couldn't understand on the voicemail the couldnt do it that day but if I could come in Sunday they could. I went in today and the two women said they do not have deliveries over the weekend so they don't have it available. Very rude !! Wouldn't listen to the voicemail I received just kept saying they wouldn't have gotten it in!! She basically said the girl I talked to on Saturday was not a regular and then she said that they were just filling in ! NOBODY knew what was going on! I can guarantee I will never go back and this is where I usually get my Vaccines!! Very rude and unprofessional!!

Literally just walked out of the store. I have to give at least two stars because I eventually did walk out with my medication. Again, eventually. Too bad because I can literally see the place from my front door. Being new to the state with new insurance and not even having a card, all I had was my policy number. Was told that I needed to give them four other numbers. I've literally never been to another pharmacy where they couldn't just pick up the phone and have a direct line to insurance companies. Went down to aisle 4 to get a pen and make the call myself and give them the info. (Yes, later paid for the pen). The pharmacy aide Tamara was flat out rude. Pharmacist as well. The rest of the store has been great, pharmacy - thumbs down. Ironically the tele doc who prescribed the prescription an hour ago was the epitome of customer service. I work in customer service. You don't always feel like it but you've got to give best. I will be sure to tell all my new neighbors and others about this place for years to come. And taking my prescriptions to Wegmans in the meantime.

I called 5 days ago and spoke to a woman to fulfill my daughter's eczema prescription. When we called yesterday to check the status, it turns out they never did anything and didn't call the doctor like they were supposed to. The pharmacist here is great but the pharmacy technicians are rather incompetent. Now my 2 year old daughter has to suffer without her eczema prescription.

We were traveling for work and stayed at the Embassy Suites down the street for two weeks. We frequented this RiteAid, but not for the reason you might expect. We never bought anything here. So why did we come so often? They have an Amazon locker in the back of the store! It was incredibly convenient. Put in your order number or scan your barcode and the locker door pops open with your package inside. This is a great option when you don't have somewhere good for a delivery. This review is really more for Amazon, but kudos to RiteAid for putting the locker in. The store was very clean and modern looking as well. Seems like it would be a good pharmacy.

Twice in the last month I left the pharmacy counter without what my doctor prescribed and confused about the interaction I had with the two pharmacists that were both behind the counter on both occasions. While more conveniently located to doctor and home, I just need pharmacists who provide service and can communicate professionally.

The most horrific experience with the staff cashier named Marc. I think it was most likely the same person that M.M. below encountered, because this was exactly our experience. His description was exactly the experience we had.... except it was even worse. My son, who is disabled, needed a passport photo taken. He was sitting by the pharmacy side of the store as he cannot stand for long periods of time. When Marc pulled down the white background, I said I needed to get my son to bring him to the front of the store. When we got him to the front of the store (he needs crutches and walks slowly), Marc completely ignored us, instead checking in other customers. He could have said "Please wait a moment, I'll be right with you" - but NO, he completely ignored us for about 10 minutes as we waited and waited. Finally, I said something because I didn't know if he was aware we were standing there waiting for him. He then grumpily came over, still said nothing. You'd think he would have at least said, "sorry to keep you waiting" but NO. I hurried my son to stand at the passport photo area, and then Marc fiddled with the camera to get it working. It was another 5-10 minutes to get the camera to set, in which case, he could have nicely said, "Perhaps you should take a seat while I get the camera to reset." But NO. With his grumpy face, he just made my son stand and stand there, which he could not, so I said to Marc, I think my son will need to sit down -- and then, Marc proceeds to SCREAM at me and my son, that the camera needs to be reset. Has this guy had any customer training or does he have any heart at all? Have some compassion for disabled children and learn how to speak politely to your customers. I was truly shocked how rude and what a horrible attitude he had. Having said that, there are other cashiers who have been kind, friendly and polite. There is an elderly woman in the mornings who is always friendly, says 'Good Morning' and speaks politely. There is an elder Indian gentleman who is helpful, kind and gentle and understands customer service. There is an Asian younger student on the weekends, who is also polite and friendly. I have had vaccinations done for my family and the pharmacy staff is always polite and well-informed. The store is well-maintained and clean and parking is easy. As a Gold wellness customer, who has purchased thousands of dollars worth of merchandise at your stores, it's really most disappointing. He owes my son an apology and hope someone trains him on how to properly speak with customers.

The cashier looks angry and has a bad attitude. I understand we all have bad days, but don't take it out on innocent customers. Was going to redeem my lottery ticket bought from the same lottery machine but it wasn't working so I asked for assistance. The cashier was ignoring me at first and then said to wait for a minute. He came over 10 minutes later and then looked at the machine and walked away without saying a word. So I waited again for another 10 minutes and asked him if he was going to help. He gave me attitude and said he needed to take care of other customers first and there's nothing he could do about the machine. Wow. The store wasn't busy and there was another cashier there. He should have said that earlier instead of keeping me waiting. Very Unprofessional and Terrible Customer Service.

Excellent pharmacy staff. I just moved from out of state transfer of all meds went smoothly and pharmacy folks friendly and very helpful. The store is very clean, large, and not too cluttered making finding things pretty easy. Front staff, especially the morning cashier, friendly and always helpful. Wish I could be at 7AM. The remainder of shopping mall a bit depressing which is a bit of a surprise with all the high-end neighborhood buildings and neighborhood.
