“My starter decided to fully quit on me immediately after getting an oil change at a different business. To my horror, we had to put it in neutral and push it out of the garage. I called this business at 0912 explaining what was going on. Within the hour, arrangements were made to pick up my keys from where I was working, and a tow was secured for where my vehicle was at. By the time I got off work at 1630, my starter and my battery were replaced. The car runs more smoothly than it has in years and I was able to go home on time. I cannot thank this business enough for it's timeliness, quality of service, and flexibility. The mechanic noticed my USAF and my POW/MIA magnets and applied a military discount once he found out I was a veteran. This shop went above and beyond when I needed them most. “I took my 2014 Chevy Equinox here after it began being sluggish to start. First I went to AutoZone in Harmar and they were completely clueless. They didn't know what the service code meant or how to fix it. Then I went to Advance Auto Parts in Harmar and they said it could be a variety of things, but didn't want me to spend any money without knowing the exact problem. They recommended All Time Truck & Car Service. I dropped my car off this morning and after a couple of hours, my car was ready to go - without an appointment! “They picked up my car from an accident. Went to get my stuff for it to go to total yard. Receptionist was a very nice down to earth ginger lady. Maybe the owners wife? Just an assumption. They are holding my Bluetooth obd device I left in the car. Excellent environment with drinks provided. You could not ask for more from a towing and collision center. Most are mom and pops you pay the bill in their small garage office if they have one. Not here. Would recommend to anyone.”

Mick's automotive service arrived at a timely manner, managed to get my car out of the driveway (where it could not be accessed by the tow truck), and brought it to a car repair shop about 20 minutes away.The driver Greg also gave me a ride to the repair shop despite Progressive's warning that I might need to find a separate ride due to the pandemic.
