“I noticed an oil drip coming from the front of my 2019 Trail Boss. Called the service department at Nick's and they were able to get me scheduled in short order. They reported that the leak was associated with a faulty oil cooling line that runs to the radiator. The service team was able to replace the lines and return the truck on the same day. Also, all repairs were covered under my extended warranty. Good thing Randy talked me into purchasing the additional coverage.”

You can tell this guy actually cares about the result, rather than just rushing you in and out. He replaced an alternator today and got my Jeep running well again, and I'm quite pleased. “I consistently get my tires changed & my oil/fluids replaced at this Walmart. I haven't had a. Issues. The guys are great. They got me in and out. My main gripe & it literally JUST happened. I call the Auto Care Center & they wont answer or it rings and rings...someone picks up & hangs up. That is so frustrating. Pick up & say something. Dont just hang up. Thats rude...taking it from 5 stars to 3 stars for that. That's really my only gripe is when I have to call. One time I ended up going to N Versailles instead because Tarentum wouldnt pick up the phone.

“The service was good - I got a tire with a leak diagnosed and replaced promptly for less than other tire dealers charge, but the tire warranty had expired (a year after purchase) so I got less than half the rated tire mileage.”
