“We've been using Building Products for 20 plus years now for all our masonry restoration projects. The staff is great and I would highly recommend them for any landscaping or building needs”
“Cool place to shop for a DIY project, remodeling, or just need some cheap construction supplies. Everything is pretty well organized into sections.
They offer a lot of different items like lumber, tiles, tools, furniture, light fixtures, windows, etc. There is also a section called 'The Attic' which includes more household items. Such as clothing, glassware, books, movies, decor, etc. I ended up getting a nice bedside table and a pretty antique style stained glass light fixture.”
“Such a fabulous shop! I came in with a small project and not enough knowledge. They were helpful and patient and I left not only with exactly what I needed, but with much more knowledge about my hobbies than I started with! Thanks again!”

“This place is a bit tight for otr trucks, as it's a very old town with narrow streets. Their entrance is on the side street , north side of building. Nice layed back folks here.”

“Here are the easiest directions. Take 376 East to route 30 East. Get off electric avenue.. go about a half a mile and electric avenue ends into Braddock avenue. Take Braddock about 1.5 mi to Corey avenue and make a wide right turn on Corey.. you're going to have to swing wide and you would have to be all the way to the left and then make that right. Otherwise you won't make that turn. Entrance will be on the right up the hill on the intersection of 4th street. Swing wide again to the right and then immediately left. You'll be at the back of the building parallel to the railroad tracks and that's the only entrance and it only fits one truck. The other reviews make it seem scary but I got here with a 379 Pete and a long wheel base with a big sleeper. It's not that bad”
“On March 7, 2023, I visited my local Busy Beaver store in Castle Shannon. I should say here that I have never had a bad experience in this store. The representatives have always been helpful, friendly, and professional. On March 7, my cashier was Meegan and she asked if I would need help loading the 4 bags of potting soil I bought on sale. I said, "No, I'd be fine," thanked her and left. When I backed up my car to the stack of potting soil, there was Meegan standing there waving at me. She joked, "I don't listen well" and helped me load the bags in the car. I thanked her and tried to give her a lottery ticket which she declined. Please tell her how much I appreciated her attitude and help.Mike”
“Staff is always helpful; management happy to assist and willing to listen and find difficult items easily.
Unfortunately, a lot of time with could be better utilized with safe and stronger Internet within the store.”
“Lumber prices are now 300% higher because of inflation but there is one factor with this company. Quality. I bought horrible boards from Lowe’s and Busy Beaver within the last week and they were absolute garbage. This is the only place where where you can get your money’s worth. If you appreciate quality, this is your place.”
“James was awesome. He delivered our material on time, was quick to accommodate our needs, was professional and skilled at operating his equipment. Would be thankful to have him back to any job site In the future”
