I came to pick up a load, I was about 3 hours early, with only 4 hours left on my clock for the day. No clear signs posted on what to do or where to go. I parked outside the gate as sign said but wasn't sure where to go. I walked inside gate went to door on the left go inside and you'll see shipping signs then.Their location seems to be busy, but not much extra space. They said long as I could find a place out the way I could wait until I could get loaded.Everyone was considerate, and seem reasonable, for the most part.I was able to get loaded and get my 10-hour break with a nap in between so it worked out. Thanks yall. God bless.

They fired 3 employees because they were attempting to unionize. Big mistake..it's illegal to do that. I hope they get fined big time...

I need to report a crazy driver headed east on interstate 80 about 25 miles outside of dubois pa. Trailer #21DS231768. License plate #P876483. This driver tried to hit me several times and cut me off. Please fire this driver before he kills someone.

I worked for them for along time. Dispatch is very disorganized and demeaning. They will talk down to you and scream at you and everything is the drivers fault. Maintenance is almost nonexistent.

Pick up my husband from here almost daily. The only drawback is I have to wait at the gate because you can't proceed without a card.

Good company to work for. The dispatch is respectful and helpful. The pay, as of 2023 for daycab drivers, is $27/hr non-hazmat, and $29/hr with Hazmat. No overtime pay. Averaging 45-50 hours of work per week. Saturday work is usually available.

The worst brokerage company I've ever worked with, the driver was 1 mile away from the shipper, he was making it to PU, but the broker named Eddie canceled the load by telling that we wasn't on time. DO NOT RECOMMENT TO WORK WITH THEM, they do not understand the situation on the roads, that there may be a traffic and anything else. However, the PU time was at 1 pm, the broker is cancelling it at 12:30 pm. MAYBE IT'S HOW ECM TRANSPORT WORKS. So, I wouldn't even put them 1 star, because they do not deserve it!!!!!!!!!

Certified Unprofessional Privilege Parade!!!Do not waste your time! The tension in that place can be cut with a plastic knife. The company would rather lose great employees than to address the Toxicity that exists in Management. Your welcome.

Hauled a truckload with them in November. They paid us the load in December and short paid us $150. When called to find out why we were short paid, the lady in AP told me if it is $150, it is a late fee. My driver was never late, she transferred me to talk to the brokers. They told me, that my driver was late for the pick up and they have the info from the shipper. My driver was never late for the pick up, we sent them ELD report, proving that. Ed Meier said that he doesn't want to "fight" with me over the phone. Even that we were charged unfairly, he doesn't want to talk about it. This is super unprofessional and unlawful. I see it as a stealing money from us. If you guys have that late fee charges, the least you can do is to let the carriers know right on the spot, not just short pay them 30 days later, without any explanation. This is ridiculous!!!!
