The customer service was unbelievable -- I am from out of state getting a piece of jewelry fixed for my grandmother in PA, and the owner not only ordered parts to fix the piece, but personally made sure that she received it. The antique watch looks just as great as it did when she bought it decades ago. We will be back!”

My fiance went there for a band/setting for my heirloom diamond and was able to create an absolutely gorgeous, perfect engagement ring. We went back together to choose wedding bands and found exactly what we wanted very quickly. Getting everything sized was a smooth process, the rings came in quickly and are absolutely stunning. When I picked up our bands, I decided to order a watch that my husband had been eyeing up during our last visit for his wedding gift. When I went to pick up the watch, it was faulty (manufacturer's issue, nothing to do with Seita) and we only had two weeks until our big day. Seita went above and beyond, and got a brand new watch for us within just a few days so that we could pick it up in time for the wedding. The watch is absolutely gorgeous and looked great on him with his suit. All of the employees at Seita are so helpful and kind, I would absolutely recommend Seita for your wedding jewelry and they have a beautiful selection of fine jewelry as well.”

“I went here to get two rings fixed about half a year ago. One ring required a new opal, for which the gentleman I worked with (not sure if he is the only person working there) took time to find a good quality replacement. The new opal is not only clearly better quality but beeeeauuuutiful. The second ring had been squished and the band was deformed such that I couldn't even get it on my finger. It could be the build of the ring that meant he couldn't fix it to 100% its original shape, but he managed to make it wearable again which is what matters to me as the deformation isn't visible once it's on my finger. Very reasonable cost of repairs/replacement and they have held up with no issue in the six-ish months that I've had them back. I was also contacted at the intervals promised and kept in the loop which I greatly appreciated.”

I chose this place because my husband and I got our wedding rings at Mock & Co which is on the top floor of the same building and I'm so glad I did! The gentleman that helped me (I apologize I didn't get his name) was so friendly and courteous. He didn't make me feel bad for some of my junk that I brought in and showed me the process of how they determine what's "real" or not and then how it's valued. I was hoping for 20 bucks- I got $450!!!!! Shocked! He even gave me the advice of not saying you don't know what you're doing, as some places could rip you off. “I was looking for a close jewelry and repair store that adjusted watch bands and I found a perfect one. My watch I bought was from Amazon and it needed the band adjusted so I took it in to Orr's jewelry store in Squirrel Hill and I cannot say enough great things about the professionalism and service I experienced that no other store these days would be that friendly. Someone named Steve (I don't know if he is the owner) but he was real friendly and nice then asked me what I needed help with and I asked if they adjust watches. He took me in the back and measured my wrist then I left it in for a day or so. I also expected to pay at least $15.00 or something for this kind of service but I was not charged anything to my surprise. It was an easy fix for a Casio watch. I highly recommend this jewelry store if you are looking for great service, excellent customer service and I wish I can give this business a beyond A+. This store also has police officers with high security armed to protect customers and all their employees from the store getting robbed too which makes everyone feel safe going in this jewelry store. I will for sure be back there since I live in that area and it's convenient to go to it. It's rare to find a place so close by where there is great customer service without having to go out of my way. If you need a watch battery, watch band adjusted, repair or even if you are shopping for nice jewelry, Orr's will now be my first choice to give business again compared to anyone else. Thank you!
