“This jewelry store is wonderful! Besides doing the jewelry repair we needed, Keith (the owner) went out of the way to make our experience wonderful. The customer service was unbelievable -- I am from out of state getting a piece of jewelry fixed for my grandmother in PA, and the owner not only ordered parts to fix the piece, but personally made sure that she received it. The antique watch looks just as great as it did when she bought it decades ago. We will be back!”

My fiance went there for a band/setting for my heirloom diamond and was able to create an absolutely gorgeous, perfect engagement ring. We went back together to choose wedding bands and found exactly what we wanted very quickly. Getting everything sized was a smooth process, the rings came in quickly and are absolutely stunning. When I picked up our bands, I decided to order a watch that my husband had been eyeing up during our last visit for his wedding gift. When I went to pick up the watch, it was faulty (manufacturer's issue, nothing to do with Seita) and we only had two weeks until our big day. Seita went above and beyond, and got a brand new watch for us within just a few days so that we could pick it up in time for the wedding.
