We had to say good bye to our best fur friend today. The experience was seamless. Jennifer who helped us with this process was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable about the whole process. She walked us through what we needed to do step by step. Had a peaceful experience with having to do the hardest part of life. I would highly recommend working with Jennifer for your needs.

It is always difficult to cope after a loss of a loved one. Jennifer has made the process of mourning as manageable as it can be. Her timing with each step for the arrangement has been well thought of. It is obvious that Jennifer takes pride in her role. She manages to get to know the family members in order to build trust and love for them for their loved one.

My sister and I had inherited cemetery plots from our parents and needed to complete the pre-planning. We met with Jim. He is highly competent, very personable and was quite helpful as we waded through the procedure. He went well beyond the extra mile to look up the file on our parents' information - we wanted our memorial to match that of our parents. He showed us similar memorial stones since we couldn't completely match that of our parents - our dad was a veteran and neither of us are. We are pleased with our choice. We highly recommend Lakewood Memorial.

Jennifer Price is very caring, understanding, professional, detail oriented, patient, and easy to work with. She goes over and above what would be expected of someone in her position. Her sparkling personality was very uplifting for me during a sad time. Jennifer is an amazing asset to Lakewood Memorial Gardens. They are lucky to have her as their employee.

Jennifer Price is a wonderful representative for Lakewood. Her kindness, compassion and understanding for the family during a very difficult time is a true asset to her personally and professionally. She’s knowledgeable about what options and products are available which makes it easier for the consumer to make affordable arrangements. I agree with another reviewer, she’s makes you feel like family. I personally want to say thank you for your patience and kindness as I navigated changes to my own arrangements and purchasing a bench for my family.

We purchased our final arrangements several years ago but there were some details that needed ironed out. We called and talked to Jennifer in the administation office. Jennifer was so helpful in our efforts to resolve the issue and we couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out!

Visited parents and relatives graves last week. Very well cared for cemetery grounds. Extremely pleased for the care taken in the upkeep. Florida cemeteries could learn a lot from you.
