It was real easy for picking it up and bringing it back. the truck was clean with no problems. I would recommend this U-haul for renting again.

Frank was absolutely STELLAR!! Passing through from NC to PA and, eventually, to OH to pick up a car I purchased, all auto transporters were rented out. My initial reservation was at Monroeville but they weren't going to get any in. Frank was my last resort. Picking up on a Sunday, Frank shop didn't open until 1pm. But I called him to ask if it was possible to pick up earlier, around 9am and he said he would gladly come in and get me squared away. What a sigh of relief! Everything went smoothly, the equipment was in good shape, and 20 mins later we were back on the road. Superb experience! Thanks again, Frank!

The truck we rented was a little older so it was kind of grimy and smelled of old cigarette smoke if you didn’t roll the windows down, but that’s pretty much to be expected with this sort of rental. But overall it was clean and ran well. The guy who ran the place was very nice and helpful! Also, a helpful tip, the U-Haul rental office is around the back of the building.

It says open at 8am. I was instructed to be here at 8am and it is 810 and noone is here but 5 people waiting to get their uhaul.
