USPS Employee here took it upon herself to tack on insurance and other postal service to my shipping without even asking me if I wanted insurance and other services. She purposefully doubled my charge amount for a very light package that would’ve cost only $5 at most. I realized this only after I paid and read my receipt at home. Very sneaky employee and I will NEVER use this post office again. This employee should be fired for not informing customer what she was adding on to shipping service.

This office is handicap accessible and the staff are friendly. This location normally has a line and a wait, only one register is used at a time
