Wow! I ate lunch here today and will definitely be back. Homemade breads and delicious, unique sandwiches and salads. I had a French dip today and it was the best I've ever eaten. My only complaint was they pour the au jus on the sandwich instead of serving it on the side so it was very messy to eat. It was so good, though, I didn't care! Just used lots of napkins!

Best place to get a sandwich downtown. Tasty food, fairly creative recipes for a deli, decent prices, and fast/friendly service.

The best steak and egg breakfast sandwich out there! It's cheap too compared to other places.

Erin's Deli offers a refreshing friendly escape from your busy workday. Fast and fresh, there are plenty of flexible options on the menu. It's hard to go wrong! This restaurant has quickly become the top seated lunch spot among my heavy rotation. I work downtown, and try to pack my lunch when possible. On the days that I can't brown bag it, I find it fun to sample the local lunch scene Downtown. No point in wasting my time at a fast-food chain when I get get a quality lunch at a reasonable price elsewhere. I've found quite a few favorites, but Erin's takes the cake. I have two passionate recommendations to make, but I've tried other corners of the menu and haven't been disappointed yet. My absolute favorite dish amoung Erin's roster is the Mediterranean Wrap; an exhilarating vegetarian option that is bursting at the seams with an assortment of fresh lettuce, kalamata olives, chopped artichokes, spread fetta and just a hint of balsamic vinaigrette. I've definitely requested to add grilled chicken in the past, and it fits the medley perfectly. However, this wrap is so packed with flavor that it is plenty filling with just the plants and feta. Quite literally the best wrap I've ever had. Sometimes I will wake up thinking about it (I literally just woke up and I'm typing this review in bed hahaha). The second item that I would be remiss to leave unmentioned is the Stuffed Pepper Soup. A big bowl of ground beef, soft rice and green peppers in a dark warm broth. This bowl of comfort has practically saved my life on some of the more frigid afternoons Pittsburgh has been forced us to endure this year. Erin's is not a discount restaurant, but it is comparable in price to other Downtown lunch spots and the menu options are not remotely stingy on quantity or quality. The atmosphere during lunch is definitely busy. This is mainly because the restaurant has prime real estate on the ground floor of the K&L Gates building downtown, and also because the food is so dang good. Despite the bustle, at no point during my experience do I feel unwelcome. The staff is friendly and efficient, they always greet me with a genuine smile and they keep the lunch rush moving with relative ease. Although during the summer it was fun to take my lunch outside to eat in the sunny court yard, the December chill has widely discouraged this. Lately I've been staying to eat in house. The atmosphere is super cozy and provides a more than nice alternative to scarfing down lunch at my desk! I love people watching and noticing familiar faces that have also become enthralled by the alluring draw of Erin's menu. Hope this review helps you decide what to eat for lunch today! :)

I can't say or tell co-workers enough about Erin's Deli breakfast bagels. The "Sausage Egg And Cheese" with Swiss and Chipotle Mayo is my go to and I can't get enough!! Come here multiple times a week.

This is a convenient stop for lunch downtown if you're looking for something light and healthy. While all of the sandwich options and salads are predefined, they are not prepackaged. Orders are taken at the cash register, and you can see the salad (or whatever you ordered) being prepared fresh! This place gets busy, but the speed in which the food is delivered has never failed me. The staff are friendly, it's a good stop of either dine in or take out, and portion sizes are filling! I'll definitely be back!

Erin is amazing. She listens your concerns and discussed them with you. She does a great job wether it's color, foils or just a plain cut. I have think natural curly hair and I always leave an extremely happy client.

Looking for a healthy option downtown for lunch? This might be one of the places. They offer a variety of sandwiches, wraps and salads. I absolutely love the bang bang chicken wrap. It's more of a thai flavor with peanut sauce and veggies, it's also offered as a salad. The hot sandwiches are also a great option. I like the spicy meatloaf, everything just melts in your mouth. All orders come with a side of veggies or a pickle. There's plenty of room to sit down and enjoy lunch. It does get crowded but the line moves fast.

I WAS a repeat customer. The food is really good and not burgers & fries or just cold cut sandwiches and they offer steamed veggies as a side. However, on my visit May 2, 2019 I specifically went in for a bang bang chicken wrap. They were out of chicken (about 1:00). No problem, I thought "I'll just come back tomorrow." Returned the next day, no one in line, but NO ONE acknowledged my presence, not Erin, not the food prep guy, not the cashier. All three looked up when I entered but continued doing what they were doing. I was the ONLY customer in line at the time - no one ahead of me and no one behind me. After standing there for a full minute, I turned around and left. I will NOT be returning no matter how much I like their food. It seems the art of customer service is lost. When a customer enters your establishment, it is your responsibility to greet that customer. I will not spend my money anywhere I am not properly greeted. If this is the new normal, I am sure they will lose many more customers which would be sad because the food is good. I definitely will not be back.

I don't frequent this place that much anymore because it's just not consistent enough. But I tried it again today & was completely disappointed. I paid $9 for a "Monterey Chicken wrap" which was mostly lettuce. There was very little chicken, I couldn't taste any mayo, and the bacon was super thin as well. Normally these sandwiches fill me up, but since this one was mostly lettuce, I'm still left hungry. Won't be back unfortunately.

Erin's is my favorite place to eat for lunch in Pittsburgh! The menu has a lot of thought in it and the combinations are to die for! The menu is always expanding and there's different specials all the time. Definitely worth the money.

Great "high end" deli food and coffee, convenient spot and most importantly great people and service. One of my favorites downtown.

I come here daily for lunch as it's close to my work. For the price tag that is less than $10, I get good fresh salads. Erin's Deli has a great selection of salads and sandwiches. Usually they run the place very efficiently and you get your salad or sandwich pretty quickly. However, try to avoid rush hour between noon to 1pm. However, I was disappointed a couple times when the bread that came with the salad was stale, which I suspected is because they do not get daily fresh bread deliveries. I would highly recommend them on managing their inventory more efficiently so they can have a continuous supply of fresh bread as it does make a difference. Overall, will continue coming here for lunch and recommend you to give it a try if you happen to be around.

This is a go-to for our office. They have a variety of options that are reasonably priced. I wouldn't say that it is the healthiest food option in downtown, but everything I have tried was good and seemed fresh. It is a little hidden in the bottom floor of the building, which leads to it being less crowded than many other places at the lunch hour. I would recommend it for a quick take out place if you are in a rush.
