They restored my vehicle to perfection after a collision with a deer that caused significant damage to the front passenger side and bent the passenger door. What truly sets this shop apart is the staff - they were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, answered all of my questions, and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently. “I cannot recommend PC Auto highly enough. I had literally just moved to the area when my car's exhaust broke. I first took it to one of the large national service chains because it seemed like the quickest and easiest option. While they were able to get me in right away for an assessment, they quoted me more than $2,000 to get my car back on the road. When I asked whether the damaged portion of the exhaust could simply be repaired rather than completely replaced, I was told it wasn't possible. Feeling overwhelmed and not really knowing anything about exhaust systems, I started calling local shops to see if anyone could help. Most referred me elsewhere, often to locations that were too far away for my car to safely make it, and wished me luck. Then I called PC Auto. Jose answered the phone and was incredibly kind right from the start. He listened patiently to my entire story and immediately reassured me that this was absolutely a repair their shop could handle. When I dropped off my car, I met Palmo, the owner. Despite my frazzled explanation and stack of paperwork, he was just as empathetic, professional, and reassuring. Not long after, they called with an honest assessment of what was actually wrong and provided a repair estimate that was more than fair. By the end of the same day, my car was repaired and back on the road—and running like a dream. If you're debating whether to take your vehicle to one of the big-name auto service chains out of convenience or habit, I would encourage you to think twice. My experience at PC Auto was every bit as convenient, but with far more personalized service, genuine honesty, and significantly fairer pricing. As someone who was new to the area and incredibly stressed about an unexpected repair, they turned what could have been a terrible experience into an excellent one. “do you have an older car but don't want to start purchasing another one with payments especially with the price of vehicles today, I have a 2002 trailblazer and the frame rusted pretty bad, everyone told me to just junk the car and look for another used vehicle, everything else in the car is in excellent working condition and I didn't want to take that route so I heard about Rust and restoration, these guys aren't just good at what they do they are great, when I went to my garage they couldn't believe the expertise that was provided for my vehicle they even thought it was in better shape than when it came off the assembly line, excellent job and the price was fair, if anyone out there thinks there's no saving their vehicle because of a frame problem I totally implore you to go see these guys first and you'll be amazed at what they can do ... “Had an older (08) car with frame rust-that would not pass inspection & was not worth spending the $ to rust repair it. Did a Google search for places that want or take junk cars. Other than rusty bottom-this car will be great for parts-had newer battery, all glass in great shape, mirrors, heated seats, actuators, gear cable..etc.The car had a warranty on it til 2025 & always taken care of-Many things fixed under that warranty. I called 4-5 places and several various names all fed into 800 numbers but all were Peddle.I searched local places & Dravosburg popped up & some other local places that I knew about because they advertise on TV/Radio.They were $100 less than Dravosburg. Peddle gave similar price ($10 less than Dravosburg/Jim) but was gonna send a tow truck 1.5 hours from me-total round trip of 3 hours?! I had visions of them arriving and changing/lowering the price--also would require title signing w/Notary night before. Which prompted me to try and find local. Dravosburg/Jim was awesome. Man of his word. Drove it in and all the guys were super nice/professional and knowledgable. Can do all signing with them-Glad they got the car & are honest, knowledgable used parts guys & able to help others. Highly recommend call them & take your old car to Dravosburg Auto Parts/Recyclers. I will use again. They will honestly recycle and part the car out.& apply for the salvage title.”
