Hot tub room is pretty nice. Would suggest a coat wrack, tissues, small table by fridge/microwave area, and an extra luggage stand. The room upon arrival was perfect with one minor complaint. I post this with grace as I don't fully hold the facility accountable as I am sure it was the previous occupants. The hot tub room had such a strong smell of cleaner and fragrance. After settling in, the cigarette smell, along with whatever other "recreational activities" were had there, couldn't be ignored. We had to open the door to air out and leave the weak bathroom vent on for a while. I am sensitive to synthetic fragrance, and it was very bothersome. The bed was comfortable, noise was minimal, and the majority of the staff were kind and respectful. At checkout time, we were tidying up and gathering to leave as we unintentionally slept in a bit (comfy bed!) and received a call at 11:06 am reminding us checkout was 11:00 am. We were aware, however, 6 minutes? Literally bags in hand, walking out and the phone rang.If you stay, DON'T SLEEP IN! LOL. You will surely get a prompt wake-up call.Definitely recommend it regardless of it all. It is on the "better" end of motel options for sure. Also, one dining perk is an excellent authentic Italian restaurant directly across the road.

We have stayed here 3 separate times. We only need it for 1 night and the price @$60.00 per night is good. The beds we had up til this last one were pretty good, this last one was a little firmer than the other 2 we had have. They have both smoking and non-smoking rooms and pets are welcome. Pet fee is $20.00 per pet non refundable. It's about 25 mins from Pittsburgh straight up the road. And there are plenty of places to eat located around. For it to be on a main road/hiway it seems very secluded. The people are friendly and helpful and ABOVE ALL it's ALWAYS CLEAN. It has typical tv, microwave, mini fridge. I will warn you that there are very few outlets. But all in all if you need a place to crash for a night or two consider this place.

Wow! This place is the cleanest I have ever stayed! It feels like it should be in some Italian town in the hills. The stone. The plants. The old wood doors. Just fantastic. Strongly recommend this place.

Unfortunately my recent trip to the US from Canada had to be canceled solely due to the fact that I would be driving through Maine. Given the current situation with the mass shooting I had decided to cancel my trip as a saftey precaution / being advised to do so at the boarder by police (the suspect was still at large). Luckly for me every other hotel I had booked was empathetic toward my situation and waived my cancelation fees given the circumstances. Whoever was writing me back from this buisness was quite condescending and stated it was "low risk" and they wouldn't help out. Case in point DO NOT book through booking without selecting the refundable option as they will not be understanding toward circumstances completely out of your control. Now I get to pay for a room that will be surely re-booked and paid for twice.

The rooms may be small, but this place is clean!! I check for bugs everywhere I go. They have bedbug encasements on both mattress and box springs. They have so many people on staff, all with that warm Pittsburgh accent and attitude. Jefferson Hills Motel is a hidden gem!!This place is so clean, I would lay a newborn baby on the carpet!?Congratulations Jefferson Hills Motel!!?????❤️

I travel for my job, this was very clean and the staff were great. The hotel was close to my assignment and to grocery stores, nice size refrigerator and microwave. They have chairs outside your room so you can sit and relax. Also there is a grill guest can use if they want to. If ever in the area again I will book my room here. Thanks for the great stay staff?Safety: Felt really safe, as I travel solo. There’s someone at the desk around the clock,

This is the most beautiful hotel from inside out. We call this one a hidden gem. This is privately owned, and the staff is friendly and smiling and some rooms are pet friendly. The beds are the hardest to get out of because they are so incredibly comfortable. The rooms are immaculately cleaned. One day, I saw mattresses outside of a few rooms, and when I asked about it, not only are they rotating and turning them, but they are also steam-cleaning the rooms. There is a grill for public use, and they have coffee every morning and sometimes donuts. Also good strong free wifi.Rooms: I did not experience this, but they do have a room with a hot tub. These are non-smoking rooms, but fantastic adirondack chairs are located outside of most rooms.Food & drinks: Although they do not have breakfast, there is coffee in the morning and sometimes donuts as well.Noteworthy details: The grounds are very well maintained.

Very nice family-owned and operated roadside motel. Small room was very clean and well-maintained. Full size fridge/freezer a big plus. Very reasonable rates. Crew on grounds at all times and it shows. Bobcat in parking area indicating work being done. No noise from neighbors thru walls. About a half-hour south from Strip District or PNC Park. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. A great business to support.Nearby activities: Food and shoppingSafety: VeryWalkability: None

The hotel was super clean and in a great location for what we needed. Everyone on the staff was SUPER friendly. I am only knocking a portion of a star off due to the the size of the rooms. Our room was tiny for 2 people, but not so much so that it was unusable I just think they could of used the space just a little better (like take out the dresser and build out the little closet area. If we wind back up in this area this would be the first place I check for a room!

The staff here was beyond friendly and helpful. Pearl went out of her way to make us fresh coffee and was extremely kind and helpful. Stan is one of a kind.
