Great staff. Unfortunately they could not help me on 11 October 2023 since AHN installed an overnight "upgrade" to their computer system. JRMC could not process patients after the upgrade. A wasted trip for testing. AHN's IT staff didn't do their job correctly on this. What else is the AHN IT group fouling up?
