“After getting it wrong by letting the best associate Quest had in Daniele salter go , things sucked here and bad. Staff arguing, staff super unpleasant , cigarette smells soon as you walk in the foyer, insert Shanette and I feel comfortable using Quest again. She got it right the first time and was very professional. Way to go Quest because them other 2 folks combined couldn’t make a good part time employee”

“Highly recommend this location!!!!I brought my 10 yr old son for bloodwork for the first time ever this morning, and it was an awesome experience. The phlebotomist (can’t remember her name) was absolutely wonderful she explained everything and she was very light hearted and made my very scared son, feel less scared. She joked with my son and made him feel at ease. As soon as I walked in she was very pleasant and friendly, and I knew he was in good hands. I will be coming here for both my children for lab work. If your child needs blood drawn and you don’t want to make the trip to Childrens Hospital, this is the place to go.”

“The friendliest, most experienced tech I’ve dealt with at a Quest facility, or in any instances with a phlebotomist. Not to give unreasonable expectations, as days vary, but I was in and out as a walk-in in less than 20 minutes! Blood drawn and all! Tech B.Walker is awesome! Thanks again”

“I believe the employee that worked there that day's name is Sherry. (I think)I'm notoriously afraid of getting shots or having my blood drawn. Sherry was very nice and coached me through getting 6 tubes of blood drawn quickly and almost painlessly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will continue to come here forever!”

“What an absolutely wonderful place. Do not pay attention to the awful reviews. I think these people just expect the world to revolve around them and get upset when they have to realize it doesn't. I had four blood tests and one urine test. I was out in 20 minutes. I read these awful reviews that the place took forever, so you know what I did? I brought school work and a book just in case so I could still get stuff done if needed rather than come on here and complain about having to wait - which just happens in medical places... were these people born yesterday??? I guess bring something to keep busy if the place does end up making a long wait. For me, it was a quick experience and the staff were so kind, helpful, empathetic, and we had some laughs together too. I will definitely be going back here for all my future blood tests. I wish I remembered the name of the woman who drew my blood, if you do happen to see this THANK YOU!!! I'll be seeing you guys when my next labs need done. :)”

“I was hesitant to schedule here because of the reviews but I had a pleasant experience. There was an automated check in system but it had clear and easy steps to follow. They took me back 5 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. The person who took my blood was nice to talk to and patient as I searched for my doctors name. She was really gentle I didn’t realize she even stuck the needle in. Good location for me!”

“Don't bother making an appointment if you are hoping to be in and out quickly. It doesn't make much of a difference. I made an appointment and still waited just as long as the people that walked in (about 30 minutes, so not too bad). But if you do make an appointment, then you can check in online and wait in the car and they'll text you when they're ready for you. Otherwise it was fine. The person who helped me was nice and did her job. The place is clean.”
“I have been to several Quest Diagnostics for blood work but this is the main office I use for myself and my family. The office is very small and can be busy at times but the workers are friendly, professional and keep things moving pretty quickly so there never seems to be a long wait. You don't need an appointment but having one sure makes your visit faster in the event the waiting room is full when you arrive. I highly recommend this facility.”
