Mike and Marcia were absolute live savers yesterday! My bus broke down the night before, on my way to NJ. They helped me get the right parts (not just blindly looking at part numbers), lent me the tools to fix my broken belt in the parking lot. And Marcia wouldn’t let me leave without using the bathroom to clean myself up. They saved the day for a very tired band trying to get home!

Absolutely amazing place!!!! I was on a long trip home to NJ from Michigan last night (5/1/25) when my check engine light came on. They came out and ran a diagnostic on my car and it turned out it was just something with the tires gauge but nothing to worry about. They assured me zit was safe to continue my trip home. They could not have been more helpful, kind and knowledgeable!!!1 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

The store has everything you need, but on two separate occasions I was given the wrong parts. Do your homework before ordering. The workers aren't mechanics.

I have bought auto zone batteries 4 years in a row, and every time it fails before my warranty expires and leaves me stranded! You should not sell these batteries. You know they don’t last!

Halfway through a 12-hour solo road trip to NY, the low oil pressure light came on in my car. It was 8:00 a.m., and I was unfamiliar with Clarion, PA. I saw the AutoZone near my hotel and drove there hopeful for some advice. An associate checked the oil level, sold me the proper oil, filled the tank - it was 2 qts low - and gently suggested that I get the oil changed once I reached my destination. I was so relieved and grateful for the kind service and professionalism afforded this clueless car owner. Thank you Clarion AutoZone!
