Crooks has already gotten rave reviews but wanted to do my part and add my own kudos to assure those who order from them that the consistently positive for this company are not fakes - given my personal experience, they are spot-on. Recently, I'd been looking for a seasonal product which was annoying sold out EVERYWHERE, and prematurely! Not one to give up easily, I researched further, and ultimatelyfound this business which is 3,000 miles away...AND who had them in stock! Their customer service people couldn't have been more helpful! They physically doublechecked - PERSONALLY - that my product WAS indeed in stock as opposed to merely checking inventory on their computers which can often be incorrect. They confidently verified they had the item, and in my size. They sent it out absolutely soon as possible, exactly as promised. Finally, when my email server was temporarily down, preventing me from tracking my package on day of arrival, I phoned F.L. Crooks and they were just WONDERFUL! No imposition whatsoever in their looking up my order's tracking number. They have been in business a VERY long time which felt comforting when buying blind from an unknown source directly. F.L. Crooks' level of customer service on every level has been off-the-charts fantastic. HIGHLY recommend!”
