I was desperate to replace my broken phone today and when I got to the Clarion store I was very pleasantly surprised. The awesome woman (Sara) made it so easy. She helped me every step of the way. She showed me several phones and made fantastic suggestions on what phone would be best for me. She transfered everything from my old phone to the new one in a matter of minutes. She was very pleasant and helpful and knew exactly what she was doing. I would highly recommend shopping at the Clarion store when she is working because she was just so nice and personable and extremely helpful. Awesome job Cricket...you have a star employee there and if I could give her more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Thank you for all your help Sara❤️

They were very friendly and helpful with offering alternatives for a solution to a problem I had. My day really sucked going in but they told some pretty funny jokes and helped make my day better. Ask about the horse jokes.

Went in with an IPhone that had quit working and the man at the counter was able to get it working properly again in minutes. He knew just what to do. We love Cricket Wireless!

Austin is an absolute god send, I had to switch carriers after a week of being told that my original carrier couldn’t do anything for me. He was so nice and helpful and the whole process took like 10 minutes! Love that guy, king energy

My parents purchased an iPhone 11 at the Clarion Mall store on Wednesday 1-19-22. After only 3 days my parents went back to the Cricket Store and told them their phone was not working properly, the store advised to call Apple and they would help them. Last night 1-25-22 we called Apple and spent 3 hours and 47 minutes with them on the phone. Apple advised the phone was defective and advised us to take the phone back to the cricket store and return the phone as defective. Today 1-26-22 my parents went back to the Cricket store and the manager said they will NEVER replace their phone and disputed their 1 week return policy posted on their door. Then the manager continued to say she could have her husband bring in her computer to get it erased so it would work. My question is if that is truly the problem, and we are a service-oriented organization why Cricket wouldn't have offered to fix it in the first place. I will update this rating should this store do the right thing in getting my parent's a phone that operates correctly. You should not be buying a brand new apple product and not have it working correctly and when Apple says it is defective the store should stand behind that and not argue with the customer. Thus a 1.0 rating.
