Had a complaint and stuff towards the Goodwill and even said the worker's name and they're not supposed to give out customers names to the employees but they did and they caused a big scene. This is not the place for me. They're high priced and get the stuff for free but sell it at a high price. Best place to go is charitable deeds and knox They will help you with all your needs.

I use to LOVE goodwill, good items and prices, but after covid, like everything else, prices went up, and they closed dressing rooms, I've spent so much money, on clothes that didn't fit, but by time I got back over, my time was expired, they need to open atleast one, dressing room, and all carts have to stay out of rooms, they said people would take carts in and change prices. I haven't been back, for months, very disappointed, in goodwill companies, they employ, handicap ,and employees, and little other things, but you can't tell me that will everything donated free, goodwill isn't making a killing!! Shop at Charitable Deeds, if in area, very kind people, and if you are struggling, they will work price with u, and all clothes are either free. Or donation. Best place in area, in my opinion. Tks to all the volunteers at Charitable Deeds

THERE IS NO CHANGING ROOM HERE.I hate going to Goodwills. They are always overpriced compared to any other thrift store. There was a decent selection of clothes here, but not having a changing room is ridiculous.I noticed a sign on the door that said no oversized furniture or electronics are accepted here.

I love Goodwill but during my most recent visit the employees acted like the customers weren't even there. They checked you out but didn't acknowledge you by saying hello, good bye or anything. They just had a conversation amongst themselves.

Staff are friendly.Clothing selection is surprisingly good, however, the one price for all of a clothing article type is something new to me at this Goodwill. Not sure why a worn plain white tee costs the same price as a never-before-worn dress shirt. I was looking for a plain white tee, but at $4.50, am just as well of buying a 3-pack of new ones.Also wish for longer evening hours and a bathroom for customers. I am in there trying to shop--but I can't do that if all I can think about is having to pee!! COVID or not, all of us humans have some common needs!!Got this great piece of art for $3! Great deal.
