Highly recommend using these guys! Day one of our vacation and our check engine light came on. Hesitant to proceed, we called Mark’s and Ross made time to check into it for us right away. Within 3 hours of calling, we were back on the road with peace of mind that we wouldn’t have any further issues. Thankful for an honest mechanic who didn’t take advantage of the situation! Thank you to everyone who got us back on track! May God bless you as He blessed us!

Fantastic service, they always keep all my vehicles on the road. The new owners are very nice and professional. Can't say anything bad about the change in ownership. Always had the best experiences with Mark and Tricia. Tyler and Alicia have been nothing but friendly and professional with me.

Absolutely terrible management and manners. The woman running the front office is rude and disrespectful. I was called during an inspection and told that my front windshield vinyl wouldn’t pass and needed removed. Okay, no biggie. Got my bill and was charged $13 to have a piece of vinyl removed. I contacted the shop and complained, and after great attitude from the office lady/wife, she said “yeah that’s why I called” where I replied with “you never told me I’d be charged for it” and she then told me to come back to “get my money”. I continued looking over my receipt and didn’t understand why my bill that I signed for was less than the card receipt I was charged for. When returning to get my refund for the vinyl removal, i walk in and she says “my husband said to refund you your money” with big attitude, so as she’s pulling my money out, I asked why I was charged different amounts on my bill then my receipt. She (office lady/wife) says, we have a percentage charge for cards. I said well no one had mentioned that to me either before using it. She then says “it’s right there on the wall” and points to a small sign away from the register. I WILL NEVER RETURN. And I would never recommend it to anyone! It is not the same company it used to be when the shingeldeckers owned it!

Claimed to fix my temp sensor but took it home and went to drive it later that day and it over heated broke down in cookforest I called them told them I was broke down they said...ok...
..and I said we'll um I guess I need to call a tow...they said.....ok....... mind u I had no clue they towed they didn't tell me that either, yes I know it's on their sign but I never thot to look. And they never offered me a tow, spent 250$ on a tow and took my car back to them, claimed they refixed it and drove it home it once again over heated blew antifreeze everywhere.....I'll never do business there again

Fast, efficient and economical!!!Thanks Mike for the awesome job today. We were looking at the possibility of being stuck finding a place in an unfamiliar location to get our vehicle towed.Marks was suggested by Flynn's Tire and Auto Service, which is another outstanding Business in Clarion.Thank you Marks Auto for the awesome service today...

We were on a road trip and our van broke down on i80 about 15 miles away from this shop. Every other towing company in town turned us away, but not Mark's! They came an picked us up quickly, the driver was very nice, and the price was great! After a few days we called them again to have them fix the original problem that caused our breakdown. The team was super fast, efficient, and wonderful at communicating with us.Would definitely recommend for any issues you may have with a vehicle.

I took in my own parts, they charged me $95 to install said parts but never actually put on my parts. They jipped me out of $500. Would not reccomend to anybody!
