Fuel pump bought the farm after 25 years, and the fuel inlet assembly thereafter... parts that old take a day or two to procure... service and repairs were thorough, and the technicians could not have been nicer!

I was just charged nearly $160 for an oil change. Literally more than double what Walmart charges. I am literally sick over it.

Absolutely upset again over ten yrs of being a customer and someone messed up oil change here on our Durango thought we give them a try with just an inspection well wife brought it said it failed cuz it needed rotors all around come to find out back were like new measured good and only one rotor had a little lip and they failed and told my wife needed rotors all over but mainly front and wanted $893 to do it I changed all rotors and pads myself for under $500 showed back up and find out guy that done it didn’t write paperwork up right and guy I talked to didn’t wanna hear how bad other employees are just threw his hands in the air! After 10 yrs and a second shot I highly encourage anyone to go somewhere else!!! Fool me once shame on you fool my twice shame on me won’t be a 3rd

They charge way too much. Scheduled appointment 11am-1pm. My car wasn't done until 3 pm. Was forced to pay for a lugnut that the technician broke. $438 for an oil change and front brake pad change is highway robbery.

Doubled the price for 4 tires remount to summer tires. Said the last management charged the wrong price. I've been a great customer for years. 2x a year $75.0
$170.00 for tire change and state inspection. Can't afford new rate.

I got the dreaded flashing engine light over 200 miles from home on I-80. My car limped to Monro at 40mph on a Sunday while it was snowing. They were open! I was so well taken care of. They read the codes & were able to fix the problem. Also took care of a few other things as long as I was there. The gentlemen who helped me - Allen May, Jordan Anthony, Brady Kalgren - were extremely helpful and pleasant & all worked on different things to get me back on the road. Everything was carefully explained, they were able to get the parts I needed, and I was back on the highway in less than 2 hours. I left with a lot of confidence that everything was fixed and I'd have no further problems. I can't thank them enough for making my experience pleasant when I expected the worst because I had few choices.

Awesome customer service! I scheduled to get an oil change online. They had it done within the hour. Explained to me the price difference between synthetic and mixed oil. I went with mixed because it was cheaper.
