Brady was fantastic and very knowledgeable when helping my family getting new phones. He was very patient and helpful when switching a Samsung to an iPhone for my mom. Cannot recommend this guy enough, very easy to talk to. Five stars for sure!

Wand I was absolutely amazing while setting up our service. He went above and beyond staying late to make sure everything was set up properly. He was very patient while answering all my questions to make sure our needs were met. I can’t speak highly enough of his service. He is definitely an asset to Verizon. You need more people like him.
