“Roberto was wonderful and yes it is by appt but I was in and out he is the only one working but works very quickly to be by himself so for all you drivers have patience for him and don't get upset when u k ow u have a appt time also do not park your trucks just stay behind the stop sign and wait till ya appt times it's a limited space on the yard”
“My initial reservation was confusing, & a mess! Unit ended up being reserved @ wrong location plus a lot of phone tag to complete the rental agreement to which I was told when having issues e-signing, that I needed a laptop or computer (I have neither- use my phone for everything) which was a huge hassle! Upon resolving the issue, I contacted customer Svc & a gentleman named Jon contacted me via txt! He was kind & compassionate to my frustration, confusion & distress! He had helped find a unit in the correct area, refunded pmt frm other unit location, set up new agreement to which I was actually ABLE to sign via mobile w/ no issues & sent me confirmation of every doc for proof. He went above and beyond to resolve our dilemma & helped me regain my sanity through this stressful moving process!! I couldn't thank him enough!! Great job!!”
