I had a simple repair done once & didn't go back ever again despite the location being down th street from my house. I was charged $75 dollars for a diagnostic computer evaluation (never paid that fee with my former mechanic - before I move up here). I also had to return to the shop for an addendum to the improperly completed repair. Hey the man may know body work, and God bless him if he does, but as for auto repair and customer service ... Todd could use a lesson or t o on the basics. Clean office, yeah ... questionable ethics, evenmore so. I take my car to the local dealership for the professionalism I demand now ... Thanks for the lesson T.

Dixon automotive does good work as for auto body shop as far a a Mechanic Todd need s to go back to school he work on my car once what a mistake. My insurance company paid them and the wanted to get paid again by me not happening I kept all my paper work for proof of payment to them.I noticed the unfriendliness that Todd And his wife.I noticed the sneakiness From Todd he hides in the back and doesn't go over the repair work with you letting you presume the work is a complete. The woman can be rude on the phone also. I think if your business people you should present enough character to greet your customers and not hide every time you stop by to check on the repairs I have concluded that Dixon Automotive is so very unprofessional and dishonest I feel people who reads these reviews please stay away from them I hate to see other people being taken advantaged like I have been now iam out 300.00 dollars because I did not adhere to the warning others have posted 6/27/19 this is the day of my misfortune because when I tried to explain my deductible and my insurance payment Dixon Automotive did not care the still wanted the over payment one word Scam artists dishonest and nasty that's what Dixion automotive in Clark's Summit PA is truly all about! Beware you were warned!!!!

Todd is amazing! He was so friendly and professional from start to finish. I hit a deer while driving on the turnpike and he had my SUV looking brand new within a few hours of dropping it off.

Their Location- good, away from busy Traffic! Very Knowledgeable & Experienced Staff! Amazing, quality Paint work too! Has super convenient ease of: dropping off & picking up Vehicles. Sets up RENTALS to receive & drop off there too! A 'best kept Secret', in the little Boro of Clarks Summit?!
