Stopped in for some drinks, knowing it would be smoky since it's a cigar lounge. However, there's literally no ventilation. I've been to many cigar lounges and they have much better ventilation systems. The bartender was just short of rude, like I was taking up his time. I got an Old Fashioned which I'm pretty sure was premade. It was tasty though and I'd get it again.

Very basic but good food from deli downstairs. If you're a smoker, this place is great. If you're not, youmaybe disappointed as we still came home smelling like smoke. Friendly service.

Today is April 15, 2020 and despite the order that bars should be closed, this place is packed with customers every night having a good old time!!! Just look in the window any evening, lots of alcohol being served!!!

Great place to relax and reflect. This is the best place to experience great cigars with a knowledgeable staff to help you pair wines and liquor with the perfect cigar.

I'm only giving it 4 * because of what was said to me after ordering off the menu a steak cheese onion and pepper wrap, asking them to omit the cheese and peppers due to a food allergy and substitute the cheese and peppers with lettuce and tomatoes. I was advised as i was served my sandwich that they did it for me this time, but don't expect it next time. No substitutions!!! Otherwise the place is well ventilated for a cigar smoking establishment, its very clean, comfortable seating and atmosphere. Too bad they are so strict about taking care of their customers needs. Its not like i asked them to run out to a grocery and purchase a special meal.

I am rating one star based on the customer service. I have had more than one annoying experience here and I am hoping that convenience does not overcome my desire never to use this establishment again. Without going into other experiences...my latest annoyance..I parked right outside the entrance and sent my husband into beer store to purchase two six packs. He chose a six pack and a 12 pack and had to make two trips to the car because of quantity purchased. No problem there. When he came out I saw he had chosen cans which I don't prefer over bottles, I immediately went back in for the other pack and asked to exchange the cans for bottles. The clerk refused saying I had left the store with it. Are you kidding me?? Less than 10 seconds??? He was oh so gracious in exchanging the second pack that was still in the store. If your looking for a store that cares about their customers and tries to keep them coming back go elsewhere.
