I am a regular customer at the Clark's Summit store. The store is always clean and set up like a high end boutique. Angel welcomes guests as though they are family.

Cute store and set up, but I think this Goodwill forgot it is supposed to be a thrift store. So many items were way overpriced. I'm sorry but $10 for a cheap ceramic pitcher is ridiculous along with a cup and saucer for $8. Very disappointed in this location.

I loved this store for the longest time .It is the cleanest , most unique and extremely friendly customer service . Everytime I went in I was always warmly welcomed by a beautiful dark haired women . At the end of November I stopped in as always and felt the new older women working with greyish hair was unfriendly and very bossy to the cashier who in my opinion was doing a great job . I left and didn’t want to shop as I felt she was talking rudely to customers and staff. Two months later I decided to return today and I am so glad I did. I was especially happy to see the original worker Angel I believe is her name .She is your whole store and more . She helped my husband find readers that were perfect for his eyes . I want to thank her because she is a true asset to the Clark’s summit store . I will definitely be donating again and returning weekly with her there .

Love this store!!! Been going off and on for a few years and it’s so much like going to a little boutique. Angel knows her regulars and is just as friendly to her newbies. Mary Ann is new but I’m sure she will get to all of the regulars soon enough. Clean store and it’s rare I find broken or stained items as you find in other re-use shops. They really keep it worth your time to shop there

◇I have been to all the goodwills in the nepa District...This is by far the best one....There is a wonderful manager who works there named Angel....her customer service is a amazing (by far)...she is so helpful and kind... I have seen her work tirelessly doing everything for years....Shes a GEM and Goodwill is luck to have her♡ Love the prices,displays,and the store is clean ◇

I frequent this store and am so happy when I go and find that Angel is working. She is so kind and pleasant and helpful. She makes this so pretty and unique and pleasant. She is always smiling and welcoming! The best !

I went to the Clark’s Summit goodwill while visiting from Florida! When I walked into the store I heard a kind voice from afar, “good morning, welcome!!!!” I looked over and spotted a very positive smiling lady. She proceeded to say, “if you need anything I can help you .” Obviously her name is Angel from what I’ve read here. Thank you for your kind positive attitude and I plan on visiting there my next trip!!!!

They have beautiful items and a great selection but is so very sad how the cashier have no idea what “customer service” means, I believe her name is Angel, she was rude and nasty to me although seem to socialize very much with other customers. I wish to find a phone number where to call and give an official complaint about these lady who seem to be racist to Hispanics.
Very sad.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so thoroughly impressed by this shop that I felt I had to. I’m not from PA, and this store was so much nicer AND cheaper than the ones back home. Looks more like a high-end boutique than a Goodwill. And the clerk Angel really was an angel, chatting affably with every customer. Kudos! ?

This little store is amazing. I have found so many nice things for my home there. It helps to see the decorated items displayed so nicely. The woman who works there is a true angel. Even if I,m having a bad day I go there she is always smiling and so kind, I feel better when I leave . There,s a girl who loves her job and the people.

Angel, the employee who works there is truly an "angel." She cares about every customer and brightens up their day. She always has the kindest words to say and can help you find the items you are looking for. I enjoy this goodwill beyond any others, not only because it is so clean and well-kept up but due to Angel. Love her!! Goodwill is so lucky to have her work for them. It gives Goodwill a good reputation!

I want to share about my experience at the Clarks Summit Goodwill. I have been shopping here for the last few years and the woman that works there is named Angel, and I truly believe she is one. I have NEVER been treated with anything but KINDNESS when I have shopped here. If I’m looking for something in particular, she ALWAYS helps me locate it and gives suggestions about something I might be able to use if I’m not able to find exactly what I need. She has always shown the utmost RESPECT towards all of the customers I have seen when I am shopping here. I’ve never seen nor heard anything but KINDNESS towards EVERYONE that comes in when i’m shopping here. I love to go to this Goodwill Boutique weekly. Thank you for having the best employee I have EVER meet in a store. Angel always shares her “Goodwill” every time.

This store is a hidden gem. The selection of clothing is higher end and the store is very organized. The staff, in particular, Angel, is very professional and an asset to this boutique. Keep up the good work! This store is amazing! ?
