Tony is an awesome trainer. His methods are simple and effective. He really understands dogs and explains everything in a straightforward manner. The rest is up to you! I just took my 15 month old German Shepherd to the vet for his checkup and the vet was very impressed by what a good boy he was. My husband and I couldn't be happier!I highly recommend!

Had trouble with my Doberman and a couple of visits later I was trained and Bada Bing! I’m a new Man! And the puppy is doing well also! Worth every penny!

Tony is a fantastic trainer. Not only does he train pets but is a solid law enforcement k9 trainer. My k9 partner and I go to Tony for advanced obedience and criminal apprehension. Tony is the only trainer locally I would trust with training a police dog. I highly recommend him for anyone that wants the basics all the way to advance skills.

Awesome is all I can say. I went to another trainer in the valley who has been training for 2-3 decades. I got nothing. Tony is on top of his game....the best....and I don’t do reviews. If you want a good trainer, someone that understands dogs, and on top of their game, do yourself and your best friend a favor, call Tony.

We had a dog for many years and he when he passed away we decided we would get a puppy. Of course, we thought training Maggie our new dog would be easy. Were we ever wrong. We booked an appointment with Tony when Maggie was about four months old. The transition was unbelievable. He explained to us how dogs think and taught use how to correct bad behavior. In addition to teaching Maggie, Tony taught us what we were doing wrong. I feel it was well worth the cost and recommend K-9 Academy to anyone who is looking to get training for their dog.

Tony Mercuri the owner of K9 Academy has given me the confidence and knowledge to bond with my dog through training. Tony has great knowledge and an understanding of how a dog thinks and behaves. He has taught me the tools I needed to have a happy, well behaved dog. Tony does all his training with kindness, great praise all the while instilling confidence in you and your dog. When you put together all you and your dog have learned with the basics and continue to advanced you will be amazed at how every step leaves you with a very enjoyable companion. You can tell he is someone with a passion for what he does and he does it very well. If your looking for a great trainer you definitely will not be disappointed.

We took the basic obedience and advanced obedience classes with Tony and we could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Our dog responded very well to his training and we are so happy to have invested this time for the behavior we wanted out of our dog.

Tony is an awesome trainer, and I would highly recommend his obeidiance class. My Husky, Sawyer, and I learned amazing techniques. If your struggling with obeidiance issues like I was, you will be glad Tony trained you!
