I went through this with 3 new guys and they didn’t run any soap! I am livid! if you don’t run any soap you will scratch every car that goes though here I’m am done with this car was don’t go here

This place is a total dump! I've stopped here maybe once a year over the past several years to wash my car and every time I come it is in a worse state of disrepair garbage waste of time. Nothing ever functions properly all of their bays are shut down and I have to go somewhere else to wash my car

I get a member here from January through March to keep my cars clean. The blacktop is in disrepair, the lay out of the auto car wash and the self wash bays is terrible, and the wash bays are in need of repair. I can get past all of the negatives except for the staff attendant who has able the worst attitude you could imagine. Yells frequently, complains if you don’t things exactly right (think Soup Nazi), and he colors the whole experience of getting your car washed. The other staff are great. All you guys who hustle and work hard.

Horrible, RUDE and very unprofessional, I went there Tuesday 6/25 and asked to buy the monthly package the one above the lowest one, he took my card all while acting inconvenienced. I was infact charged but never received the text to the app. Well today (which is my birthday) I go up there to get my car washed and he questions me totaling approximately 11 minutes ending in me showing him the billing statement on my phone which shows a payment to summit auto spa, he practically throws my phone at me and tells me that I’m not in the system and and if I don’t like it I can go down the road. Well Sir I think I will go down the road. And I will NEVER deal with this place again.

I washed my vehicle in the self serve wash. The bays are really run down compared to other places. Also my vehicle left there more dirty then it came in. Im not sure if they are recycling the water there or not.
