This store needs to post the schedule for the Notary service they offer as they are not there every day. Stood in line quite a while, only to be told they had no Notary, come back tomorrow.

I stopped in this location to drop off some prepaid packages and I asked kindly if I could use two strips of tape to seal the packages because I needed to reopen them to double check what was inside. They told me it’s a Cost of $1 per strip of tape! I Couldn’t believe it and when I questioned it the associate was very rude and told me I was paying for a “service.” I stopped in the Dickson city store and asked them about the cost and they said it is owner based and they would never charge for a small amount of tape needed. Needless to say, I can guarantee I’m never going to the Clarks Summit store again with this awful experience and rude associates

Kip and his team helped me out tremendously and were extremely thorough and helpful to work with. My delivery went well from start to finish and my client was very happy with the service and packaging of my art. Thank you to the whole team and I would highly recommend them!

I drive all the way to this location, I really needed some things taken care of. I was told they can not do anything because the WiFi is out. Shocked, I asked if this happens often?” I was told yeah. So maybe call before going. Very inconvenient and super annoying.

Nice store with longevity; but, when I reported within 24 hours that I would no longer require a mailbox, the owner refused a refund.

Dropped a package to this UPS store for an Amazon return. Could not fit it back into the original box. Kip went the extra mile for me to get it back together and save me an extra trip. Thanks for your help.

Shoutout to the young man who helped me return Amazon books on my phone on Friday june 28th. I'm so sorry that I forgot his name but I think it was Thomas. He was patient as I fumbled all over the amazon app and then offered to help me by doing it quickly and accurately. I appreciated the help!

For the most part the employees are helpful and kind. No one is immune to getting a case of the grumpies. I've has than cheerful interactions here but overall I don't dread having to drop off Amazon returns
