Dimitri and Mark were very knowledgeable about the passport process. They were also very patient with my child who was very difficult to picture. We were so thankful for their help and adjusting to our toddler’s needs. We even appreciate how much the other people there workers and customers acted while we struggled to get our toddler to behave and take the picture. No one made us feel like we were causing delay.

Absolutley AWFUL post office. Can’t deliver packages OR answer a phone call. AWFUL SERVICE. AVOID. They lost my package!!

Absolutely, one of the worst places to deal with!!!They NEVER answer the phone!!Packages are left all over the property. Thrown on the sidewalk, thrown into the bushes and left in the middle of the driveway!!Missing important government mail from Dec 16th and cannot speak to a human!!CLOSE THEM DOWN, AND LET UPS deliver it!!!

I’m not one to post reviews often, but since moving to Clarks Summit, an incredible amount of my mail has been lost- including bills that are now late because I never received them and one of one artwork I purchased worth $1000+ that can never be reproduced. When bringing this up to the people working at the post office, they were not only no help but incredibly rude. It’s actually astonishing how horrible the service is in such a small town. 0/0 rating

Useless. Our mail consistently goes to a house the next town over because it uses the same zip code as us, and has the same house and street number. When brought to their attention they say "not our fault" and "nothing we can do." This post office and the area it services are grossly poorly served and poorly managed.

The USPS employees work their butts off on a daily basis and get very little appreciation. They have very few resources and get even less gratitude. I have experienced excellent customer service and on more than one occasion have had the employees go above and beyond to help me. Let's all cut the post office a little slack. Their job continues to grow more difficult and they have been doing a great job keeping up.

Watched the postman drive by my house 2 times with a package that was out for delivery and still didn’t drop it off. My wife even stood at the bottom of our driveway trying to flag him down. Nope, he drove right by and ignored her. A time sensitive package that THIS Post Office didn’t deliver, again. Being a holiday on Monday, I now have to wait til Tuesday. Horrible service and this isn’t the first time it has happened.

Every time I come in, the clerk is so incredibly nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name because it looks there are so really rude people working here. It’s always been the same clerk when I have gone in and she is wonderful.

They never deliver our mail and there’s always a excuse they don’t have enough staffing or they blame the processing center are they going to pay my late fees on my bills or pay my car insurance because they never delivered my bills it’s disgusting already I live in a country area where internet is sometimes patchy not everyone pays their bills on line

I've tried twice to get a passport book for my children with them. They don't give clear information and they don't answer the phone. I won't ever get anything done with them. Worst customer service ever! Pick another location so you can avoid the long faces and horrible attitude.

If I could leave zero stars I would. The two women I encountered there last week were the rudest, most unpleasant people. My husband and I had appointments for our kids to get passports. Our appoinment window was 45 min long so as to leave enough time to process all 3. We hit unexpected traffic and we were about 12 min late. The two women glared at us, reprimanded me stating that the notification says we should be there early (it does NOT). I apologized profusely and asked if they would still proceed. They did but then then entire time proceeded to huff and make comments to each other about how they should have sent us away. That would have actually been better - if they had respectfully told us they couldn't complete it, we would have rescheduled. Intead, they spent the entire time being miserable. The entire appointment to process all three applications took less than 15 min. We still ended up leaving before the end of our scheduled time. My children got to witness government employees treating their parents like garbage. These two should not be in a customer-facing position EVER. After reading the other google reviews, I cannot understand how they are still allowed to interact with customers - a disgrace! Taxpayers deserve to be treated with dignity while utilizing goverment services that we fund and support.

I have gone over a week without receiving mail recently and service has been sporadic at best for the last 6 months, receiving mail at most 4 days per week. I would not trust them with a single letter, let alone delivering a package in a timely manner.

Reading the reviews confirms our experience. The rude unprofessional blue haired clerk and her short sidekick are a disgrace to the job they hold. The post office needs to be privatized. These people would not have customer facing jobs. Based on the rudeness I witnessed, I'm seriously concerned they will sabotage our passport documentation.

I have never been the type to leave a review but the customer service from SARAH at this post office location is absolutely atrocious. She should not be working with people at all. If she doesn’t feel like doing her job she will simply deny you and tell you to return at another time even when the post office is completely empty and you can hear a pin drop. That was the worst experience I’ve ever had within any customer service setting in my entire life. I know it’s difficult to get anything accomplished when the government is involved but seriously this was the most miserable and rude person I have ever encountered.

I highly recommend this facility. Very helpful and caring. They will do everything they can to serve you the best way possible. My experience was very satisfactory and I’m glad that really nice people with big hearts works there. Sarah was very patient and answered all of my question. Thank you so much ?
