I can’t rave enough about my positive experience with White Pine Graphics. My order was expeditiously handled. I ordered at an event on Saturday and received it the very next Wednesday. The quality of all the products I ordered (pillow, coaster and ornament) are top notch. The owner saw to it that I was 100% satisfied. She had me proof the picture before finalizing my order and everything came out way beyond my expectations.

WOW!!! Is all I can say about this merchant. I ordered a pillow, coasters and a Christmas ornament with a picture of my daughters new house. Order was processed quickly, first with a proof of the picture to OK and then delivery scheduled. Not only do the items I ordered exceed my expectations but the service I received was above and beyond. I ordered items at an event this past Saturday (Nov. 19) to be delivered before Thanksgiving (Nov. 24!) They were printed and mailed out early Monday morning for overnight delivery by the USPS but the PO did not deliver until Wednesday. Laurie IMMEDIATELY fully refunded the delivery charge. When the package arrived, they were packed professionally and I couldn't be happier. She is a hands on merchant and strives for perfection and satisfaction. She certainly reached a solid "10" with my order. They came out beautifully - I'm so pleased.

I spoke with the owner and found her to be very professional and knowledgable. My Christmas card were fabulous and all of the in-house printing I asked for was A+. I recommend this company very highly. I will not be going anywhere else!
