The new ID scan to use a LAR account is ridiculous. A total waste of time for the cashier, myself and everyone waiting inline behind me.
Pretty much the shopping equivalent of a TSA screening at the airport, not to mention taking a picture of the front and back of my ID (and most likely storing it) is a data breech just waiting to happen

Ordered $500 worth of wood. Curbside pick up. I don't have a truck so a friend went. They pushed it out and made him load it all himself. I'll go to YBC next time

Just called it took forever to find a associate in the area that I needed to speak with it kept going back to the front desk, which I know there busy and also there are more then 1 person in each Dept. But all good today!

Could not find any help. A employee named Dave whom I found standing around the front desk area was very rude when I mentioned about not finding help.
He gave me excuses and I said look I am a paying customer whom should always be a priority and that’s why you have a job.
I Thanked him for not helping today and left will never shop at this Lowe’s again.

This is my local Lowe's. I go here often or order online and pick up the order. I have never had any issues and will be using them regularly. Service is always good.

This is the most consumer unfriendly store it has ever been my misfortune to visit. 2 employees 8 ft away in full view talking to each other while the "help button" goes off for a half hour. I was wandering through the store for an hour and the only employee that spoke to me was the cashier.
