One of the self service bays was not working properly and I lost $4.00 to the malfunctioning machine, but machines malfunction, it's part of life. Thankfully they had their phone number displayed on a large sign so I immediately called to report what had happened and left a message on the voicemail. I received a call back...

Would of gave 5 stars but for 11 dollars this car wash doesn't spray off the underneath of your vehicle or dry it off. You shouldn't have to pay more to do both. But i guess that's why this car wash charges what they do because it's the only one around.
