I really like this location. This location is my morning coffee stop. I like the staff there because they always greet me, even though I always use the self-checkout feature. Their coffee is ‘hands-down’ the best, and when you buy one of their cups, you can refill it at a super-bargain price.

Asked for a propane exchange and was told they were out. You can plainly see they had full tanks in the cage with the blue caps on em. Just right out lazy

The cashier refused to process payment for a shake via an EBT card and a government-issued Direct Express debit card. (I am legally disabled and am provided monthly allowances via said cards.) She stated out loud that she “couldn’t do it.” I had some cash on me and was quite embarrassed because of the blatant discrimination and because of the line of people amassing behind me. I always request a receipt for all Sheetz transactions because the cashiers are known to shortchange and because Brian, whose title I assume to be Manager, boldly declared “Order xxx due WITH receipt.” I asked for the receipt and she said no, shaking her head. No discussion to be had. I walked to the side and there was my shake, sitting on the counter where they prepare them. I waited 5 minutes before politely asking for it. The person who made it said nothing and exited toward the back of the store. I just threw my hands up in the air and left. No one would help me? In short, I was ripped off by Sheetz yet again.

If you want to find out why ppl rarely eat out, grab yourself a chicken sandwich. It was supposed to be a homestyle chicken sandwich. I got a charbroiled chicken disc. It was chewy n cold.

Ordered a breakfast burrito and waited 15 minutes to finally watch the cook start making it. Then I watched her throw the burrito wrap on the bare counter next to unopened food in plastic bags. Extremely unsanitary.. long wait and I ended up walking out without my food as I am not going to get sick because they won’t do their job correctly. Awful service. Beware of this place. If I could give zero stars I would.
