i got a flat tire, had triple A change it to the donut only for that to go flat not far up the road. having worked with tibbens before and figuring a tire swap was an easy fix I had triple A tow it to tibbens. they didn't have a tire for my car available. that's ok I ordered one online and said I'd bring it to them. I get the tire. Can they swap it onto the rim? No. ok so I get the busted tire out and take it to walmart and the Walmart guys pop it on the rim for 20$. Tibbens calls and is now getting annoyed my car has been there so long. I say I have the new tire on the rim ready to go. I can bring it. Could they use the Jack and pneumatic screw thing and put it on? Nope. can't/ won't do that. So we had to manually change the tire with an old semi broken Jack because apparently they can't/won't help. I also wanted to buy a car to replace the old one. I was aproved for financing and they literally never got back to me. I'm not using them again because if they can't change a tire I don't trust them with more

Transmission line blew just as we got to the campground on Sunday. Mike was there by 8:30 Monday morning. Got us into our campsite then towed our truck to fix it. AND gave us a loaner car to use. Skillful, knowledgeable, provides the service you need when you need it.

I would absolutely recommend Tibbens ! They are a wonderful place to deal with . I’ve recently brought a car off of them and they are super caring and down to earth people . When your in their shop they make you feel at home . ?

A group of us were up at our hunting camp just outside Clearfield and this guy came out 2 miles on a dirt road to pull out an SUV that was teetering on some rocks. He was cool as a cucumber as he surveyed how to pull the SUV out. Not only wasn't there any damage to the SUV he was able to do it in about 10 minutes...and he came out on a Sunday. Great job! a real life saver!
