Brianna was great. She was courteous, professional and gave clear instructions. The phone staff and reservation process was new to me. However, figuring out the online process was fun and challenging. The truck ran very well.

Just hard to know the U-haul office is in the Suzuki shop other than that it was good

Never got to rent the truck. They didn't have the size I wanted. But all in all who's left lol? U almost have to use them so....
