Excellent post office branch. The supervisor and postmaster are both extremely polite and exhibit great customer service. Everything is explained with packaging and deliveries along with any other things offered. It’s very neat and organized. Highly recommend coming to this branch!

This isn't an issue if I'm out of town or at work, but when I'm sitting at home in my apartment waiting for a package the postman doesn't even make any attempts to come up to receive a signature. Instead I'm left with a failed delivery slip.
Stop being lazy and do your damn job.

Went in to get my passport. The woman behind the counter told me my paperwork was wrong so I asked for it back and she threw it at me. Can't call and talk to anyone because the phone number listed is automated.

The lady in the office pretty much accused me of leaving my mailbox wide open while I wasn't even home to check my mail all week cause I've been in town taking care of my mom.How could I open the mailbox if I ain't home? Absolutely rude and disrespectful...my folks had the same issue with her when she worked down at the mineral springs Post office. She's rude and ignorant... Clearfield needs to find people post office people with better morals and less disrespect

Lady that delivers to our street doesn't bring certified mail or packages to your door I literally had warrants posted on me over a summary charge because she didn't want to get out of the car and do her job! It's ridiculous!

The postmaster genuinely does seem to care, but his delivery drivers do not. I live in an apartment and any boxes I order through the usps is just left outside on the sidewalk. In the middle of downtown for anyone to steal. I’ve complained multiple times but nothing changes. I’ve lost pricey electronics stuff for my business etc….

I mailed a payment at the Clearfield office on Feb. 18 because I didn't receive a prior month's statement from the provider of my internet services and received inquiries from it as to why I hadn't paid my bill. I sent out the payment and to make sure it got to Pittsburgh, I mailed the payment at the Clearfield office in person. To date, the recipient still hasn't received my remittance. Calling the Clearfield Office does no good. They say it goes to Duncansville, gets scanned, and who knows from there? Why is the Post Office still in business if it can't deliver your mail?

The only bad thing I can say is were both disabled and the mailman will not knock on door so you can sign for any signature required mail. The folks at the post office are very pleasant, Even when they are packed with requests, Happy Holidays to everyone, Gary & Becky Cartwright Sr.

They ran out of priority slips to fill out and told me to fill out blank paper. So I wrote the addresses on blank paper and they would not provide tape for me to tape my slips to the packages. Unbelievable. I have never delt with a more unprofessional lack of care to customer service post office in my life.
