I wanted to say how amazing the Verizon store in Clearfield was last week to me and my family. If you are looking for a Verizon store, this is the store you should definitely visit!Scott was very helpful and had incredible knowledge with handling my transfer. I appreciate everything that he and Jake (manager) did to make our visit amazing. This is the store we will use in the future.

Never have i had any issues with this place until getting my bill today and calling costermer service like was told to do so by jose for some fees to be waved then told by custermer service the store had to wave the fees...ugh it was back and forth several times!Due to wording in the promotion was said incorrectly by him.Perhaps more training would help.Or it was a way to get the sale idk but I'm very disappointed and very dissatisfied!Called what i thought was the corp. Office in state college but turned out it was another store in state college lolBut wow what a difference in the experience she had. I will no longer be going to this location due to the wording of a employer about services or any promotions again!I do not recommend this location and for now on will be going to state college lolWhat a experience this has been ugh!!

Sells defective screen protectors that break in store with a touch and then won't replace them. Keeps trying to sell me know ones and wont return the decetive one. Stole $50+ from me. If you don't want robbed go to a real verizon store. We are filing a report with the states authorities General office. You can't sell someone a product that immediately breaks and not correct the issue.

Every time I go to this store I walk out satisfied. More often than not I save money by the associates steering me in the right direction as far as my plan and devices are concerned

Went in for a new phone that wouldn't activate. They fixed that and talked me into 2 other new phones for myself and my wife. Super nice.

Angela Laird was amazing to work with. She was courteous and knowledgeable. She multitasked to help my husband get a new phone set up and to help me unlock my app. She worked magic like a fairy godmother! She needs 10 stars but I can only select 5.

My wife and I stopped at this store on our way to our Northeast PA home from the Detroit, MI area. Our original intent was to gather information regarding cost and make/model information to replace our two aging cell phones.We were assisted by Jose Rodriguez, who provided us with the best cell phone shopping experience we've had since our first bag phone purchases back in the day!Jose listened carefully to our desires for capabilities and costs and discussed multiple options with us. He was patient with our many questions and made sure we understood answers he provided and that we were happy with our selections. Jose made sure our new phones were set up and that all contacts, applications and settings were properly transferred, He went over operation of our phones and made sure we were comfortable with them. To top off our experience, he called us on Wednesday to ensure things were going well with the new phones and if we had any questions.Verizon should use Jose as an example of how sales staff should treat customers.

I was greeted today by Angela. I have to say that her extensive knowledge and background set me at ease. My problem was complicated and she made it look so easy. Angela's demeanor was calming, easing, and very much in command of the problem. I believe she is a asset to this company. Investing in her future here would benefit you as a company and us as the customer.
