“Maybe it's just me, but wait times at banks seem to be getting longer - is it the computer systems or programs? At this location, however, the staff work well as a team to help each customer as promptly and thoroughly as possible. They know my face coming through the door, and I hear them treating the other customers with respect and privacy.”
