I rented a van from this location. I’m moving from Ohio and the move has been very long and very stressful. I rented from Wayne at the Primo’s location. I am legally blind, and Wayne made the process seamless from beginning to end. Even though I can’t see the documents, Wayne helped me to Read them all and sign everything efficiently and quickly. He made sure that I understood everything that all the different documents were saying. I rented a unit and I was putting my items in the unit I had forgotten to purchase a lock. Wayne ran back to the office, added a lock to my account and brought it to me at the unit really saving me a lot of time. I found the customer service to be flawless, efficient and incredibly friendly. The facility is spotless, clean and modern. Everything from beginning to end was perfect and I’m very grateful to Wayne for making my life just that much easier.

Just let me say I was so nervous getting a truck to rent unsure of how it really works far as the mileage and gas the taxes,
I had so many questions and every last one was answered without a rush.

Wayne has been very helpful to my Marching Pageantry Arts Museum. We moved from a 10 x 10 Climate Controlled bin to a 10 x 15 controlled bin. Does not sound like a big difference. but it is. We were able to move our contents with one of Wayne's Uhaul which meant we got done really fast. Thanks again Wayne. Great service with a smile.

If you’re looking for a pleasant, easy, and thorough experience, save yourself some time and money by using A Storage Depot Primos location. The guys there are such a big help, especially Wayne. Wayne goes above and beyond for his customers, he’s a gem.

Rented a U Haul from this location and had an excellent experience. From calling with a question before the rental day, to check in and check out, the level of service and professionalism from Wayne was above and beyond. The truck was newer, super clean, and worked out perfectly. If I needed storage space I wouldn’t hesitate to rent a unit here. Thank you for your help with our quick move today.
