I purchased a vehicle from AMA Cars in Trevose, PA on December 27, 2017. As of March 28th, my lender (GM Financial) did not received the title on this vehicle and I have not been able to register or drive it. We received the registration in April. However, Ama cars have not held up it end of the bargain as far as getting the check engine problem fixed and he provided a receipt of "we owe." After we filed a complaint with consumer complaint he went into action. On April 17th he called and agreed to take a look at why check engine light was on for 3 months. He told me to take it to Grand Prix Auto. I took the vehicle on April 18th at 3:00 pm. I left my vehicle and my witness came to pick me up. I kept in contact with Michael the owner of Grand Prix he assured me he was going to fix the check engine and check on the issue. I communicated with Mike daily, when it was time to pick up my car Mike also said I have a massive leak in the front of the engine. On the April 23rd I picked up my vehicle with an attachment of a nightmare, because Mike tried to charge me $55.00 for maintenance. When I refused, he said was not releasing my vehicle. My witness and I had to call the police to get my vehicle back, as well as call Mitch. When I contacted Mitch, he communicated with Mike to release the car and he will pay for everything. He also stated he will investigate and take care of why the check engine like is staying on. After this ordeal it has been very difficult to get in contact with Mitch. He has been giving me the run around. And nothing has been resolved. I contacted him today and he stated he would fix the problem. I believe it is too late. As of May 5th I had to tow my car to his dealership, because I was informed that my car died. I have a warranty that is not helpful and a dealership who sold me a vehicle that stop working after 3 1/2 to 4 month. And I know is a law against that, I am not sure where to start. Hopefully your agency can lead the way. I want to continue be proactive in my complaint filing.

This is the best thrift shop I ever been too.!!! If you are looking for one of kind treasure this is the place to go too. She has everything here from jewelry, shoes ,household goods clothes toys, furniture everything you can imagine. The prices are great !!!The things I purchased if I was in a retail store would of cost me way over three hundred dollars. I spent under $125.00 . I was shocked!!!!!. This is now my go too store for everything. I brought a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes for $30 I'm talking the real deal . That is just one of the treasure I found. I recommend any one to come and visit Miss Patty you wont be disappointed

This is an amazing store!! Everytime I go I find something new and exciting. I'm planning a wedding and I've been able to find so many awesome items for centerpieces-- perfect for our romantic wedding theme. We're so excited to be able to save money and have wonderful items that we can use for our new home! More than the wonderful household items, purses, jewelry and clothes, the owner, Mrs. Patty is just a joy to be around. It feels so great to be supporting someone just so kind and genuine! Make it a part of your weekly errands stop. You will not be disappointed!

Had my first visit to this thrift store last week, first off, the address is wrong on Yelp, it's 110 Baltimore Pk. The lady who runs it is very nice & the store is cute & cozy. I some some great deals & even got a discount for a donation. I'll definitely be back periodically to check her deals out! Stop by if in the neighborhood you're bound to find something cool.

I purchased a car from this dealer for my daughters 17th birthday. At the time of purchase the car had a three year bumper to bumper warranty plus the vehicle needed paint touch up on both bumpers and mirrors. I have in writing Mitch the owners assurance it would be done and that he would furnish me the warranty paperwork. I have repeated called the store and went to the store only to hear a different excuse every time why there is no warranty paperwork and when the bumpers will be touched up. Buyer beware

We made an appointment with Manager for a specific date and time. We arrived early and were told "he was out getting his hair cut", but will be back soon?? We took time out of our vacation week to look at a car listed on-line. When we found the car, it was missing the passenger mirror, wires just hanging out. On further inspection, the entire right side of the car had been sideswiped, with large dents ,and paint scraped off. We asked the "salesperson" what had happened? She had know idea? Just said "he would fix"? Decided to just drive the car anyway since we went out of out way.The driver window did not go down, the passenger door was almost of its hinge, the hood would not open, and the interior was very dirty. We wondered why, if the owner knew we were coming and made an appointment to see this car, how it would not have been inspected and detailed before our arrival??Returned to lot and owner was still not back. Did finally show and asked ,"how he could help us"? He was "embarrassed" by the condition of the car. Said worker must have taken it for a "joy ride" and did not report damage. I asked him why he did not even look at car we were stopping to see? We would not have wasted our time with the wrecked condition it was in. I asked if it just happened in the week we had spoken to him ,and he replied " I don't look at ever car on the lot"??Worst experience ever. I don't know how he sells anything. He then went on to say that he could get everything fixed in a week if we wanted to stop back? Never heard back and glad for it. Hope no one trusts such a dishonest person.Mitch was the owners name. Hey Mitch , your loss. We found an honest Dealer in Pittsburgh, and purchased a great car for our daughter, your LOSS..........

Purchased a 2011 BMW 750Li on June 18th 2018 with the promise that the parking gear would be fixed. The 1st day I was able to drive off the lot with the vehicle, as I'm on the highway the car says there is a transmission malfunction. The dealer/owner (Mitch) is now not picking up my calls unless I call from a different number. Looking into legal advice currently to try and assist me with resolving the mechanical issues I'm currently dealing with when I only purchased the vehicle less than 2 weeks ago! This dealership is proving itself to be a shady dealership with a shady owner/sales rep (Mitch).

While at the dealership everything was great! However, after buying a vehicle from them the end of June, here I sit with EXPIRED TEMPORARY TAGS because, even after calling numerous times, someone "dropped the ball" (their words) and Penn DOT has no record of us buying the vehicle because nothing has yet been submitted to them. We live in Maryland. The MVA has no record of us having this vehicle. It is now the end of August. Temp tags are expired. We have called SEVERAL times. Sometimes no one answers. Sometimes someone answers and we get the "I'm going to work on that and call you back." Calls are NEVER returned. This is the first negative review I have ever written but I don't want anyone to ever go through this. I will never do business with them again.

This I a horrible place of business. They appear nice and friendly at first but they are very misleading and unresponsive. I was told I was approved for a vehicle and paid the deposit to hold the vehicle while they "finalized the employment verification". After 2 days and several calls and text later, no response. Then Leslie tells me to call the bank to verify the details of the loan. I call and the bank has the details all wrong including the fact that the car was NOT in my possession. The bank informed me that the car should be in my possession and they they would never hold up a transaction for verification. I texted Leslie and informed her I was coming to get to the car or my deposit. I arrived at the dealership and no one was there. I called Leslie and no answer. Tried to reach the dealership and no answering machine. Leslie texted me back and said they would refund the money. I will NEVER do business with them again!!!
