The customer service people I spoke to were patient, informative and professional. They were very helpful when I had to get a bigger storage space. I will definitely recommend CubeSmart to anyone needing to rent a storage space.

Jacked up my rate $40 out of nowhere and told me thats what the rate is now im not going from 160 to 200 without a reasonable explanation

Kayla and Melissa were so accommodating when I told them I found some bugs in my unit getting in from the unit next door- they gave me a bigger unit at no extra cost. They were very helpful and reassured me they would figure it out and give me one upgrade for the inconvenience, and they sure did! Thank you!!!

Placed a reservation online, super quick and easy. Good pricing as well! I arrived the day of my reservation and the customer service exceeded my expectations. She was absolutely wonderful! We talked about a lot of different things while going through the process of securing my storage unit. She answered all of my questions and was just a very kind person. I would 100% recommend this place!
