I purchase a large size balloon. The owner stated the balloon would deflate & inflate once brought into the heat/inside. The balloon was deflated when I reached home. I can back thinking it wouldn’t be a problem, I just purchased party supplies & regular balloons. She was appearing to be argumentative when I explained. Quality service is # 1 in business. The balloon was $10. I wanted it replaced or a refund. How hard is it to replace a balloon? I was surprised& wasn’t expecting that response at all. I can see if anyone or something was near it but no just myself and it in the back in place. I won’t be returning nor do I recommend anyone going here. Quality over quantity. It wasn’t about the money it was her lack of customer service. I honestly don’t recommend this store to anyone. Try buying balloons the quality had I known I would have went else where. So the inconvenience of it all. I guess it was too much for her to blow up another one. She treated me as if I was trying to get over, when I brought the damaged balloon back. I think she was expecting me to argue with her. I kindly said I won’t be purchasing from here & will spread the word.

Nice size store.. Packed to the brim with stuff for everything.. They have small materials i.e. teflon tape ect. And some devices i.e. outlets and light fixtures. They have decor for all occasions and more. Well rounded in the craft dept too.

Dollar Magic has lots of merchandise and is an interesting store to shop in. I buy their dust pan with the long, vertical handle. I take it to my job for all to use. SUGGESTIONS: They should sell different kinds of makeup! Lots of makeup! Also, they should keep their stores open later than 6:00 p.m.!! That is so early to close!! Those of us who work until 5:00 p. m. and later can't get to their stores by 6:00 p. m.!! The new Dollar Tree store is so close to their Secane/Clifton Heights Dollar Magic store - Dollar Tree is open until 9:00 p. m.!! Dollar Magic should stay open later with big competition right next door to them!!
