Save yourself the stress and don’t go to this location because it might be a waste of time. My phone broke while I was working I drove all the way to this location and was greeted with a quote will be back in 20 minutes” Post-it note taped to the front door. No reference time as to when they left or when they’d be back. I waited for about 10 minutes. This was at 1:05-1:15p. It’s pretty ridiculous, their hours are posted on the door. HIRE more people if you need to take midday breaks.

Why do this company have a number listed when nobody answers the phone ever. A literal store that sells phones but cant answer the phone for customers is mind boggling

This place is a rip off the kid behind the counter played me like a fool I went there to get a moto stylus for the girl friend when to my surprise I just gave it to her yesterday and here it's a reg moto g 2024 I paid $265 cash for a phone which should of been free and it's not the stylus which is what I wanted !!!!! Also I found out that they give away all ur personal info to anyone that asks for it!! I'm contacting an attorney tomorrow morning and filing a suit for what he did I will never recommend this store

It’s a gentlemen behind the counter that told me I had to pay $147 dollars for my phone bill . I would also have to pay it again on the third since that when my bill is due . I haven’t been using my phone for the month prior I told him I never had to do this at any other metro I left the store got on the phone with the metro I usually go to they told me they are not affiliated with Clifton heights metro and I did not have to do that and I could come in and get my pay date changed ! If I had agreed I would be paying $80 more

Arjun did wonderful helped me out a lot . He gave me a lot of knowledge about my phone! He’s a wonderful person! Venda’s helped me with picking out my phone as well they both have great customer service skills great workers I would definitely tell a friend to come here.
