Showed up for my appointment at 11, they turned me away and said i needed to be there at 9. Ok. I rescheduled for later in the week. Got my car there at 9 am and went to work. Gave them a call at 3pm to see the eta. “Havent started it should be done by 7” well shoot thanks a lot guys. Go to pick my car up the next day and the charged me 295$. 110$ more than the already expensive agred upon detail price. Use yout money elsewhere.

I've never experienced such perfection in detailing as this business, I've been so happy with the services that they Have provided multiple times and they've always exceeded. My expectations would never consider going anywhere else, do yourself a favor get the ceramic glaze. I have a white car, it's the bomb.Thanks again!!!

The guys at New Image Detailing are great. They are responsive, their work is first class, their prices beat the 4 other places I got quotes from, and, to top all that, when I screwed up and accidentally asked them to tint my driver and passenger windows too dark, they re-did the work for me and didn't charge me a dime. They were friendly and knowledgable, and I felt like I was getting the best. Thanks New Image!

New Image Detailing did a full interior and exterior detail on my truck about a month ago and all I can say is wow - these guys made the truck feel absolutely brand new inside and out. They were able to get me in for a detail within a week of calling, had great pricing, and were very professional in communication. My truck had pretty extensive water spotting from an unfortunate parking spot I have but they were able to clear it right up. I'd recommend New Image Detailing to anyone who is selective about who they get to work on their cars as I felt like my truck was in good hands the entire time. I wasn't familiar with these guys, but when another media detailer (starts with an a) wouldn't return my calls, I thought I'd give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised. I didn't want to spring for a full detail, so I said just soap and water on the outside, and a full detail inside. The car looks like it's brand new, and they did a lot more than I asked on the outside, the wheels were sparkling. The inside looked like it did when it was brand new, and it was filthy before. Price was very reasonable as well. Highly recommend!

Stunning! Extra, extra appreciation that they made the interior spic and span without any scented products, by special request. Scents give me migraines, but folks often look at me sideways when I ask. Even the trunk was gorgeous. My car feels like new.Services: Auto detailing

I originally stopped in for a quote, but with fair pricing and an open schedule I was able to have my windows tinted same day. My original intent was for all 4 windows; however, the owner let me know the front two were the only ones that needed tinting to reach the desired darkness, so to reduce the scope of the work. I appreciate this honesty in pricing, turnaround time, quality of work, and excellent customer service. I look forward to returning for future services.Service: Window tinting

I recently had a ceramic coating applied to my 2022 Camry at New Image Detailing in Clifton Heights (now located in Media). The results were outstanding. The car looks better than it did the day I bought it. Joe and Josh did a terrific job. They were friendly and answered every question I had. The work was done on schedule.
