I have never actually been in this Santander branch but I’ve used the ATM a few times and I’ve had pretty good experiences and the branch looks pretty nice from the outside.

I just left this branch and had to leave a review.I had the sweetest, most personable, helpful, teller. So sorry, but I forgot her name. I do know she is the manager. Great customer service is hard to come by. Kudos, Santander for having such a great manager

Terrible experience opening bank account online with them. There is no connect between online dept and on prem branches. For everything they call us to visit the branch and after visiting the branch the output remains same i.e no output just wastage of time. I caution everyone before they open the account online with them be careful. They are immature in banking. It was nightmare.Useless bank I have ever seen.If there was a zero star they even don’t deserve that. I believe google must add negative rating…They can answer simple questions about my account and for everything they say they can’t access and don’t have visibility of my account as it was opened online. To hell with these excuses…Because if these immature people my salary was not deposited to the new account I opened with them… finally found some peace when I closed the account and deposited my salary in my regular checking bank..Just useless…… awful…….

If I could give you 0 stars I would. My dad drove there to get his mobile banking app working not only did he come home and was extremely frustrated with the situation. I called back and you customer service acted like it wasn't there problem, so I called the main number and waited on hold for an hour and half just so no one can answer. Listen if you don't want to do your job quit your job. I do my job everyday and if I was provided the customer service you gave me I would be fired from my job.

I have had nothing but excellent service at this bank. Opening my accpunt was quick and easy, when I left I knew exactly how to acess my account and what benefits it included. I was called personally when they had to change hours due to the current crisis.

I wish I could give them zero stars. They are the absolute worst. They go out of their way to make everything possible DIFFICULT. I stopped going there for a while, but ended up giving them another try. Shouldn't have.....horrible management and customer service. Take the drive to the Havertown branch. So much better all around at the havertown location.
