FedEx sucks anymore used to be better than UPS. Waited all day to receive my package because it says it was gonna be delivered by the end of the day it was not someone of a necessity to make your car work is a wiring harness. Let’s step our game up.

Fedex is the WORST delivering service!! I try to not order stuff that ships through them but recently I had an order get shipped through them and not 1, but 2 packages have not been delivered yet due to acceptions that they keep doing on their end!! When you try to call, it takes 5 minutes to get through an automated system, customer support is awful. The lady was not helpful at all and brushed me off saying they could not do anything and to contact my seller. If you ship through them, good luck!

Normally I would have given a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, on this particular order, they split a one order into two shipments, Two can goods items arrive today, 6-4-2025. A small slightly damaged small box with one of the can goods damaged.
I just don't understand why would they ship only two can items and ship 19 items on another shipment? Seems to me they either could have shipped one shipment.

They attempted once because they left a note, I didn't get to the door fast enough. I've left my door open everyday since.

I had my package delivered to the wrong house two times in one week using clinton pa fed ex. They did nothing to rectify the situation. I never recieved my package either time and it was delivered to the SAME wrong address twice in one week.

I'm just wondering how many times they can tell me it's "in the truck" before they actually deliver it. Been told 3 different things by 3 different people, 3 days in a row. It's been "in the truck" for 8 days now. Worst. Ever.

Absolutely the worst fed ex I've ever dealt with. Anytime my items travel through there it takes days and days for it to be delivered even tho it's been sitting there the whole time! I could just come pick them up for heaven sake. This time it's been saying will be delivered for the last 5 days now. Absolutely ridiculous

FEDEX IS HOLDING PACKAGES AND NOT DELIVERING AND ITS NOT BECAUSE OF WEATHER. MY FAMILY DROVE AFTER THEIR PACKAGE. FIVE DAYS IN A ROW OUT FOR DELIVERY NO IT WAS AT THE GROUND OFFICE. NOW WERE STUCK WAITING ON ANOTHER PACKAGE FROM CLINTON PA FEDEX GROUND

Im having the same issue that you can see everyone else is having down below, this is where packages go to be delayed for days and continuously say on the way or out for delivery yet my package is 8 days behind and the delivery address is 35 minutes away… complete joke.

Package has been out for delivery for 4 days and still have not received it. Not the first time this has happened either. And when packages are delivered they have been left in the rain many times when I have a covered porch that they could be put on. Instead they choose to just set them in front of my garage.

This place has changed drastically for the worst. In December got 3 different deliveries all 3 delivered to my neighbors. One was perishable, and when I got it was not worth taking a chance to get food poisoning for myself and others. Like a fool I gave them another chance and ordered something for someone in the family for birthday. They put it on the truck for delivery almost a week straight every day. Not delivered. They are a joke . Warning to people out there if you can get your deliveries from another distribution center. Clinton,Pa. 15026 is a problem waiting to happen for your delivery. My brother and other friends have no problems like this at there local FedEx distribution center.

FedEx is absolutely horrible can't deliver a package to saver there there drivers can't read or write delivers packages to wrong address wrong towns the delivery drivers are damn incompetent need to go out of business

Small package in the same building for over a week. Out for delivery and delayed every day . Contacting customer service. Told me to contact the sender about the issue. Horrible service. Still haven't received 2 weeks later

On vehicle for delivery is a straight up lie with this location. Anytime I see my package is going through Clinton, Pa FedEx, its a crap shoot if itll actually get delivered.
UPS may cost more, but you know you will receive your package on time.

I have a next day air package that was supposed to be delivered by 2pm, then 4pm, then 6pm and then they PROMISED again that it would be here by 8pm. At 8pm they admitted that it has been at the depot all day and they never sent it out. I could have gone to get it myself at noon but since they LIED all day, I was stuck at home instead of getting my package. Now I have to the depot myself but since they closed at 8pm, I have to wait until tomorrow. FedEx SUCKS. Bloody thieves. "When it absolutely, positively has to be there overnight." What a pile of crap.
