I switched to Erie insurance and saved over $300/yr.I requested a quote from an Erie agent in Indiana, they never got back to me, ever....I called Nelson's and the got back to me quickly, came out to see me and look at the house within the week. I was familiar with Erie from previous dealings and was happy to find Nelson's were very nice to work with and very responsive.

I do not recommend. It seems like they always hire their grandkids for stuff and the kids are lazy and unhelpful. I called for questions and the agent was short with me and acted as though she didn't have time she needed to get in the back room and have her coffee, tea, food, etc. Overall bad experience and I do like Frick better customer service wise. below average for erie
