Tate's Supermarket is a long-standing, family-owned neighborhood grocery store. It is very clean and well-stocked, with tons of products that are difficult to find elsewhere. The store has a great hot food section and a meat market that is very hard to beat. Prices are a bit high, but the staff is excellent, friendly, and helpful. The business is known for its fantastic prepared food and for helping its community. It is a comfortable and great staple place to shop.

Been shopping at Tates since the 60's. Live in Pittsburgh, but have property near Clymer. Friendly staff, exceptional meat choices, reasonable prices.

I loved shopping here. I was in for some sale items just before they were closing and was still treated splendidly. Was getting jumbo chicken drumsticks and was asked if we needed more, because he could get us more. Their meat looks fabulous. Clean, packed well, and will probably end up being my meat store now.
